"family get together"

berlin had planned a family get together today, a few of his cousins, his mom, his sister & his homies were gonna come over to the house to chill & eat food.

you were sitting on the couch in the living room
berlin was in the kitchen looking for things we needed for the get together.

berlin: "aye baby, i think we all good. we got everything we need...we just gotta start cooking & setting stuff up"
you: "oh okay, i clean & set things up, you cook ?"
berlin: "you know the rules girl"
berlin winked at you & put on his "WTF" apron.
you: "boy whatever" you laughed at him.

berlin went outside to start grilling the hamburgers & hotdogs. you told alexa to play a jhené aiko playlist as you cleaned & set things up.

you were sweeping around occupied by the music & didn't even notice berlin had came back in...
he creeped up behind you, slowly sliding his hands around your waist & was grinding on you from behind as he kissed your neck.

he didn't even scare you, but you started to sway against him to the music as he held your arm up to twirl you around towards him.

he looked at you & smiled as y'all were slowly holding each other & leaning to the music.

you started to look away in embarrassment because you were so shy for him, even after all these years.

berlin grabbed your cheek & turned you back towards him.
you rolled your eyes & smiled.
berlin: "don't play with me y/n, with yo beautiful ass...i love you"
you huffed "i love you too"

you leaned in to kiss him, his lips immediately locked yours, he was going in hard on this kiss...he was pushing you against the table while your tongues were playing together. he lightly groaned in your mouth as you slowly released the kiss.

berlin: "EUGHHH I CANT GET ENOUGH OF YOU !" he stomped his feet fast while laughing & started to walk back outside.

you loved how intimate y'all were together, no matter what it was...love or lust.

berlin: "ight i better check on these hot dogs n shit"
you: "okay"
berlin had walked back outside as you grabbed the broom to start sweeping again.

after an hour or less you finally finished cleaning & getting stuff ready for the get together, berlin should come in any minute with the food...

berlin was at the door with both hands full of plates with hamburger patty's & hot dogs

you rushed to the door to open it for him
berlin: "thank you baby"
he sat the plates down & you got the buns.
berlin was setting out all the condiments & any other stuff you'd need for burgers.

it was 4:37.
everyone was scheduled to come at 5:00
berlin washed his hands as you came up behind him to take his apron off.
you: "so who do you think is gonna pull up first ?"
berlin: "mmm probably my mom"
you: "i bet you joe will be here first"
berlin turned around & smiled
berlin: "so we're betting now ? how much ?"
you laughed at him.

"i bet you $5 joe or pg will be here first"
berlin: "ight that's a bet then cause i KNOW them niggas not finna be here first"
berlin laughed at you & went to sit on the couch.
you: "okay, whatever you say"
you went to sit on the couch with berlin as y'all watched tv.
