At Tri-State State a young boy arrives in a blue station wagon and pulls up to the dorm rooms. He knocks on a room door on the girls side of the dorms and a girl appears at the door.
"Hello - oh, hey Phineas, how are you?" A woman with short brown hair and glasses said. "Oh, hey Gretchen, is Isabella here? I haven't talked to her in two weeks." The boy said scratching the back of his triangular head. "Come in, she is in her bedroom." Gretchen said leading him to a room with a pink door and a white letter 'I' on the front. "Isabella, you've got a visitor!" Gretchen said knocking on her door. "Ugh, is it that Tyler guy again?" A soft, yet grumpy voice said. "No, just come out here and see!" Gretchen replied.
A tall, raven haired girl opened the door and immediately her eyes went wide at what she saw. "PHINEAS!!!" Isabella screamed as she hugged the boy in front of her. "Isabella! I've missed you so much!" Phineas exclaimed. They hugged for what felt like hours and then Phineas broke it apart. "I have a surprise for you Izzy, just wait a second." Phineas said while walking to his car.
