You can emit blue electricity from your body by rubbing your hands, feet, or anything that can help conduct electricity. As a result, your hair has gained a blue hue that blends in with your original hair color. It's so hot that it can burn you and whatever it hits
Drawback-burns and exaustion.
Moveset:
Thunderclap: Sparks fly and sputter after you clap your hands together, shocking the target
Blue streak: Zaps a beam of electricity through the tips of your fingers
Sparkler: your fingertips light up with little sparks of electricity that you can use to attack at close range
Static Force: increase your own energy and shroud yourself in static electricity. You hair spikes out in all directions and you become sort of magnetic. Everytime you come in contact with outside forces, they get zapped with your Quirk
Cyclone Overdrive: Summon a storm of lighting from clouds that rains down on your enemy or enemies. This also clouds the sky
