Chapter 8 - Fake Knife

Elizabeth Pov

I'm really exhausted.I honestly don't feel like going to school but I have to if I wanna see my senpai and also eliminate my new rival

After getting ready,King and I walked to school and he wouldn't stop talking about how the guys I met yesterday were staring at me

He's obviously jealous and I think its kinda cute.when we reached the school,I saw Senpai and Vivian talking again by the tree

I told King that he could go on ahead to class and that I'd meet him there after I get my business done

After he left,I followed Vivian after she was done talking to senpai.she went to the drama club so I stood by the door to eavesdrop on her conversation with the rest of the members

"Alright so,you all know that the play is starting on Friday.I invited a special guest to watch us rehearse.Gowther,you know what to do.you will stab me with the fake knife and the rest of play will go from there" Vivian said

A fake knife huh.their rehearsal starts at lunch time.I could switch the fake knife with a real one

I walked to class and sat down on my desk next to King.he asked why I took so long and I just told him that it was urgent business

(Timeskip to lunch)

I told King to meet me up on the rooftop and also that I had urgent business again.he called me an idiot and I just smiled at him after he walked away

I walked to the cooking club and it was only Ban that was there.how am I gonna get the knife now?

"Hey Ban!" I said

He flinched and quickly turned around

"You scared me Elizabeth!" He breathed out

"Sorry!" I giggled

"You don't mind if I make something,right?" I asked

"Of course not! You're welcome to come anytime.you are apart of the cooking club after all!" He chuckled

I thanked him and opened the fridge.I took out some hot dogs and a knife.I chopped up the hot dogs and I could feel Ban's eyes on me

If I wanna take this knife with me then he has to be distracted.this was harder than I thought

"Hey Ban,could you pass me a pocket knife? I wanna sculpt some animals out of these" I asked

"Sure thing princess!" He chuckled

He turned around so I quickly put the knife in my skirt pocket and opened the drawer and closed it to make him think that I put the knife away.I ignored the stupid nickname he gave me

He walked to me with the pocket knife and I smiled at him.I took it from him and began sculpting animals out of the hot dogs

"How do they look?" I asked

"Octo-dogs huh,they look adorable" he answered

"Thanks" I giggled

"Oh hey Elizabeth! I see you made octo-dogs.I suck at making them.you don't mind me handing them out,right?" Jenna asked

"Oh hey Jenna.of course not! You can hand them out" I answered

"Thanks!" She giggled and took the tray and walked out

I put the pocket knife on the counter and waved at Ban before walking out.
I walked out of the school and went to the gym.lucky me,no one was here yet

I sneaked to the back and saw the fake knife by the table.I took the knife out of my pocket and looked at both of them.they looked alike.I switched the knifes and put the fake knife in my pocket
