Well, everything has changed...

Part 3: The truth

We walked through many streets. Everyone talked except me. I walked quietly next to Vanya and didn't say a word. I was unsure... Actually, I didn't know them all, but they were so incredibly nice to me. Finally someone paid attention to me. On a long street we stopped and stood in front of a huge house. It was beautiful. Luther unlocked the door and we went inside. I looked through the house with wide eyes. From the inside it was even bigger than from the outside.
Five went straight up the stairs. He was strange. Maybe he didn't like me? I looked behind him for a moment.

Ben:Don't worry. He's always been a little different.

Klaus:Yeah just don't pay attention to Five! Let's eat something first.

Together we went to the dining room. A blonde woman was already standing there. She smiled at me in a friendly way.

Diego: Hello Mom! This is Y/N.
Grace: Hi, I'm glad you're here!

I smiled at her and we sat down at the table.

Grace: Where is Five?

At that very moment he came running into the dining room. Across from me, there was only one seat left. He sat down there and smiled briefly at his mom.

Grace: Bon appetit kids!

Grace disappeared into the kitchen again. I took my spoon and started to eat the soup.

Luther: Y/N. You told us so much about yourself. Did Klaus ever actually tell you the truth about us?

Y/N: No..

Ben: Um Luther we should eat first.

Diego: I agree with Luther. We can't keep it a secret. We should tell her!

Klaus: Diego please. I tell-

Diego: We are not normal. We have powers. We have killed and hurt people. Our father is dead and our mother is a robot. Father called us The Umbrella Academy.

Alison: DIEGO!

Shocked, I sat there. My eyes wide and my mouth open. I was at a loss for words. Were they murderers? Did they want to hurt me too? I was already so fragile that wouldn't be so hard. I stood up quickly.

Klaus: Y/N! Please

Without saying a word I ran towards the door but before I could open it something grabbed me from behind. Then I saw a blue light and I was standing in another room. I turned around with a jerk and saw Five standing there.

Y/N: What? How?

Five: Come down! I know you're scared now. But Diego is an idiot. We only killed bad people...
"well my brothers and sisters at least"

He looked at the floor. He said the last sentence very quietly, which is why I didn't understand it. I wanted to leave now but I listened to him to understand what he meant.

Y/N: How did you do that?

Quickly he looked up again

Five: Diego already said that. We have powers but each has different ones. I can travel through time. I intercepted you downstairs and teleported us here. Now promise me you'll go back to the others? You're important to Klaus. He likes you, and that means something.

Y/N: Ok

He opened the door and we went back downstairs to the others.

Klaus: Omg you are here.

Diego: I'm sorry. I shouldn't have said it so easily.

Y/N: It's ok.

Allison: You sure? You can ask anyone what you want to know.

Klaus: We're still friends aren't we? Not that you're scared here or don't want to have anything to do with us or-

Y/N: Klaus! I'm not afraid. But I would like to see your powers. If you want it.

Everyone looked at me. It was very interesting. I wanted to know who they really were and especially what powers they all had.

Five: Come let's go to the training room in the basement....
