    "Lou?" Harry whispered while cuddling Louis
    "Mmh?" 
    "You tired?" Harry softly whispered into Louis' hair.
    "Yah a bit" Louis softly mumbled.
    "Alright c'mon baby let's get you to bed" Harry scooped Louis up in his arms bridal style and carried him to the guest room. Louis nuzzled his face into Harry's neck, making Harry blush every time he felt Louis' warm breath on his neck.
    "Haz?" Louis whispered
    "Yeah?"
    "Can I sleep with you tonight? 'm scared Derek will break in and hit me again" Harry's heart broke hearing how scared his sweet boy is.
    "Course you can"
    Harry enters his bedroom and lays Louis down on the bed. He strips Louis to his briefs and covers him in the blanket. 
    "Night lou" he kisses his forehead
    "Night Hazzy" Louis cuddles into the blanket and falls asleep right away. Harry on the other hand, couldn't fall asleep. 
    He kept turning and tossing but nothing helped. At 2am, Harry got out of bed, put his hoodie and his sneakers on and got out of the apartment. 
    He started driving and somehow ended up at Derek's apartment. He knocked and knocked and knocked until finally Derek opened the door looking like he just woke up. 
    Without thinking, Harry punched Derek and kept on punching him until Derek fell on the floor. 
    "What the fuck?!" Derek shouted at Harry, cupping his face in his hands.
    "You listen to me, you piece of shit! If you ever touch Louis again I will kill you!" 
    "He came to my apartment Harry!"
    "I don't give a shit, just stay away from him"
    "Whatever, he deserved it"
    Another punch
    "You better shut up or I swear to god I'll kill you"
    "He's a little slut and when he'll get bored of you, he'll come right back to me"
    Harry went to punch Derek's face again but Derek turned to the side and Harry ended up punching the floor. 
    "Fuck!" Harry yells and cups his fist, feeling the impact of the floor hitting his hand.
    Harry stood back up over Derek's body and spoke roughly, in a deadly tone, "This is your only warning. Next time I'm here, I'll deliver"
    He left Derek's apartment without waiting for a reply.
    Harry got into his car and saw that he has 6 unread messages. He was a bit confused. who was texting him this late?
    Lou💙: haz where r u? (02:18)
    Lou💙: haz where did u go??? (02:22)
    Lou💙: Harry?! (02:23)
    Lou💙: HARRY PLS ANSWER IM SCARED (02:25)
    Lou💙: pls answer I don't know where u r (02:26)
    Lou💙: !?!?!!!! (02:28)
    Haz🐸: srry im omw home (02:31)
    Lou💙: where the fuck have u been?!?!? (02:31)
    Haz🐸: nowhere (02:32)
    Lou💙: HAROLD EDWARD STYLES (02:32)
    Haz🐸: fine I went to dereks place (02:33)
    Lou💙: Harry I told u not to (02:34)
    Haz🐸: well I already did soooo (02:35)
    Haz🐸: I'm driving now c u home (02:35)

    Harry gets out of his car and notices his bruised hands covered in blood. He knows he won't be able to lie about what happened, his hands are proof enough.
    Harry unlocks the apartment's door to find Louis sitting on the couch with his back to Harry.  
    "Hey Lou"
    "Don't 'hey Lou' me" Louis stood up and Harry saw his bloodshot eyes.
    "Why are you crying? What happened?" Harry said, panicking.
    "What happened? Well let's see. I wake up in your bed alone and you're nowhere to be found and then you don't answer your phone. I thought something happened to you!"
    "I'm sorry I just couldn't fall asleep and I ended up at Der-"
    "What happened to your hands Harry?"
    "I was punching Derek and then he turned and I punched the floor"
    There was a beat of silence
    "C'mon let's get you cleaned up"
    The two boys went to the bathroom and Louis cleaned Harry's hands and bandaged them. 
    "I'm really sorry lou"
    "I know you are"
    "He deserved it"
    "I know he did"
    "Are you mad at me?"
    "No"
    "You sure?"
    "Yes"
    "Okay... I'm really tired so can we just go to bed?"
    "Yeah let's go"
    The two got into Harry's bed and cuddled (Harry the big spoon and Louis the little ofc) 
    "Thanks for punching Derek for me"
    "Sure thing princess"
    warmth floods Louis' cheeks. He's grateful for the cover of darkness that the night provides, shielding his deep blush from Harry's gaze.
    "Night haz"
    "Night Lou"
