Sky's Leadership

"J-Jyuudaime???" Hayato exclaimed temporally reverting to his old habit to call him that, though his Joy soon distinguished as it turned into wariness upon noticing just how haggard his sky is.

If only he was confidence, he'd pull the brunet to be behind him as he erased these pests. But instead, he could feel the lingering guilt within him as he felt relieved upon seeing their boss' smile.

"It's alright, Hayato. We can win this. Lend me your strength, ne?"

Determined not let him down again, the two guardians nods.

"Yuni, take care of yourself, we won't be able to shield you. Uri, Garyu, cover our rear. Tempest, CIA for our upmost defense against rumbles, cover our wings with Sole. You may go wild. Your Mission: Destroy everything in our way. There's no need to hold back now, I'll be your Vanguard"

"Yes, Cielo!" Doing as instructed, they get into position and doing their best, no longer limiting themselves in fear of the collapsing building.

"Neve, can you hear me?" Tsuna reach out.

"Loud and clear, Cielo. Welcome back!" Ietsuna replied through their mindlink.

"Thanks, now report the situation over there" Not beating around the bush, he asked.

"To be honest, not so good. They're simply too overwhelming. Are you sure we can't just snap this guy's neck? He's the big man right?"

Tsuna hummed, "No can do. His death won't do any good. Just more trouble, I could tell. However, I do have a plan"

"Yes boss?"

"The Doctor used my blood to make flames. Unlike you and our 'little brothers', they were created from corpses like chimeras. Theoretically speaking, their flames would be identical to mine since they don't really have their own Flame Cores before the creation. Do you get what I mean?"

There's a pause but alas, the younger replied with a, "No" followed by 2 seconds worth of silence.

"Sorry, it's rather hard to think while trying not to get too outnumbered." he soon said again.

Unfortunately Tsuna actually understands what he means. Even worse since he's fighting without any of his weapons. No rings, no mittens, not even Natsu is on his side- Actually...

"It's fine. I'll tell you the plan soon. But first can someone grab my rings and box weapons? It supposedly in the possession of Dr. Mauve. I'll give you 5 minutes. If not, we'll just proceed with the plan just as it is."

"Understood!"

Afterward, Tsuna raised his voice, and deliver orders to his comrades, "Change of plan, were moving to where the others are! Tempest when will the reinforcement arrive?"

"in 10 minutes more less, Cielo-sama! Vindice couldn't exactly warpped to this location due to radiation that similar to Anti Tri-Ni-Sette radiation!"

"Say what?!" At the new info, That brunet snapped his head to his comrade behind.

"Don't worry about me, Tsuna-san! My clothes has been specifically made to survive this kind of situation. I'm not in immediate danger. So just focus on the enemies ahead!" Yuni shot back, as she kicked the corpse that was about to get her.

Nodding, Tsuna did as told before then leading his small party to the direction where the others are. Getting out of breath but even more determined, he successfully reached their destination, just right on time to block an attack from harming his female mist.

"Burn to Hell" He spat out as the said offender got engulfed in pure sky flames.

"Tsuna!" he can hear glad and relief in his friends' voice. But this is not the time.

"Sorry Cielo, it seems like your items are stored elsewhere and not in his person"

"That's fine. For now, Neve, I need you to get into berserk mode and freeze them all" At this order, Ietsuna actually got hit by one of the clones due to getting startled.

"What?? No. Yosh- Cielo! You know that I'll lost my sense of reasoning when I'm at it. At the moment you only possess a ring substitute, with your current condition... what if you can't bring me back? I'll destroy everythi-!"

Yet despite his inner freak outs, the former cuts in with a confident smile,"Ie-kun" He calls out. "Didn't I tell you that I'll protect everyone? Don't worry too much. I got it under control"

The shorter male zipped, Highly concerned and unease, he really doesn't want to do it. But he can't exactly went against boss' order. Especially not when he's right.

There's a chance.

"Understood, Cielo... Please take care...."

"Will do" As soon they reached an agreement, Ietsuna jumped out of their formation before unleashing his beast power.

"What is he doi-" Not yet Mauve finished his words, The four successful clones grabbed him by force to get in the Vongola's inner circle as Tsuna made one more command.

"Everyone, Flame dome, NOW!!!"

In a flash of moments, an explosion was heard which soon followed with strings of roars.

"W-What the-??? W-Why is he like that???" Wide-eyed at the sight before them, Nakoma shouted.

"...Don't worry... as long you stays inside, he won't harm you..." He used his flame to envelope the outer layer of the dome. So as long he remained conscious, his family's safety is secured. But...

Hazy. His eyesight blurred.

The world seems to sway all around.

His senses are slowly failing him.

"Big brother!" Kumazou, the perfect clone that bears the number of #90 tattooed on his neck nearly shrieked as he takes a hold of the falling sky.

"Shit!" Even Ryohei cursed as he tried to fix him up again along with Yuni once the teen is laid on the ground.

"Tch, Omnivore is down" Clicked his tongue, Kyoya tighten the grip on his tonfa.

"Heh, He truly overestimated himself" Even Mukuro's smirk lost its bite, knowing exactly the danger that they're currently facing.

As the training days go by, Like the others, Ietsuna's power grows wonderfully. He gained different new skills and it was great. All but this one move.

Berserk mode, As Tsuna always dubbed, is a magnificent power. The only downfall is, the owner of this OP ability still couldn't control it well, and still lost his rationality once used, even when Ietsuna himself isn't emotionally triggered like how he did back in the past. The other handicap is, Since Tsuna has been his only benefactor regarding this ridiculous power of his, only his flame can calm down the raging core.

And now, the mentioned sky is laying on the floor, barely conscious and hardly breathing...

"...Ha...yato..." The worn out sky manage to murmurs, thankfully that's all it takes for the Storm to snap out his inner turmoil.

"5 more minutes" Hayato mutters, before slowly rising his head, eyes clearer than ever as he take over the leadership once again, "All we need to do is to survive another 5 minutes at least, we can still fulfil this mission" he can't lose hope. His dearest friend entrusted their family on him. He had vowed to be useful as his right-hand-man in the past. Now is his time to prove his own words.

"Jyuudaime did his best to protect us even in his worst moments, as his guardians it's only right for us to carry on his spirit" The rest of the guardians actually felt rather proud at him as the gloomy atmosphere that envelopes them turned into new resolve, they all shared a knowing smirk.

"Gotcha!"

As they echoed similar replies, Yuni can see her fellow sky smiling in delight. Smiling softly herself, she poured more of her own flames to Tsuna.
