- Dabi's POV
I sipped my coffee quietly while reading my book. The weather was perfect for a little poetry. Rain was slowly falling from the sky, dripping onto the window I was looking through. My coffee cup ran low on it's containing liquid so I decided to have a leave.
I brought out my wallet from my pockets and payed the right amount with a tip. I left my empty teacup setting on its matching plate, on the table. I stood up and walked towards the entrance of the coffee shop, opening the door to make my leave.
"Have a great day! Come by soon!," a worker yelled from her stance.
- My body felt tingly because of the soft rain falling from the grey clouds. I walked around the small town for quite a awhile. Not a lot of people would take a stroll at this time of day since it was raining.
I found myself sitting at a bench in a small park. I took the book I was reading, out. My fingers danced along the pages as I tried to find the one I was reading earlier. I continued analyzing the words, not bothered by the wet stains the rain was giving the page.
Finishing up my book, I stood up from the bench and headed towards the small library we had in town.
Once I got to the location, the place was closed. It was already 9 pm.
"Damn, I've been walking and reading for 6 hours," I scoffed to myself.
I made my leave and went straight to my apartment.
- My keys jingled in my hands as I went up the stairs. I made it to my door number and unlocked the doorknob. I walked in and set the book on the nearest surface I could find.
"I need a shower after that rain," My legs shifted to the bathroom right away.
Stepping into the shower bare, my fingers ran through the scars on my body. I always felt like they were the ugliest thing ever and they still are. The nasty staples imbedded into my skin made it even worse. There were wrinkles along the scarred areas.
"Tch~," I made a remark at my disgusting self. I showered myself even tho I had to look at my burnt spots.
I got out of the shower and put some nice comfy clothes on. I went over to the living room and turned on the TV. Flipping through the channels, I found nothing to watch. Netflix was boring. Hulu was boring. Youtube was boring. I sighed to myself and left the couch for something to eat.
