Speaking of the annoying child, a blond male with blue eyes named Tommy was currently being chased by guards that were on his tail very hot. The boy has been parkouring almost all day since the afternoon had started the reason why he was being chased is that he had stolen an entire cake from the sweet shop. That's right, an entire cake. Now, why did he steal the sweet pastry? Because the young 16-year-old child had thought it would be fun to tease the guards and wanted to show off his skills at his friend and brother. Even though neither of them sees Tommy being chased, they hear Tommy's stories once they are home after picking him up from the cells. Tommy was jumping left and right, ducking and dodged from tight crowds and corners, everything that you can think of when parkouring. The wind blew his hair back as he grinned away. He looked behind him to see if the guards are still at him, which they were still. He looked around his view as if time slowed down for him. Seeing ahead was a crowd of people that will be difficult for him to maneuver through. But there was a stack of barrels and crates that he notices, and they lead to the roof of the small market shop stands.
He quickly ran towards there and one hop at a time, he got up on the roof of the stands and continue running. "Get back, brat!" One of the guards called out to him. "You'll have to catch me, bitches!" Tommy shouted at them. But soon, he missed his footing and balance to where he fell into the trolly where the horses drank from. Sadly enough, the cake got soaked and was no longer edible to eat. As the same for Tommy who was now drenched from the water, and attempted to quickly get out as fast as he can before he gets caught. Sadly, he felt his collar from his shirt being pulled back. The guards finally caught him after 45 minutes of running, which at least 25 minutes of attempting to hide. "At it again like always, boy?" The guard spoke nonchalantly.
"Eh, just can't help but be the best," Tommy chuckled. "By stealing sweets?" The guard questioned. "Oh yeah! As a matter of fact, I think this is a new recorded of being on my feet this long," Tommy began to laugh. The guards pulled him out of the trolly and took the boy away to the holding cells. "Oi! I know where I'm going, I've been placed in there many times already," Tommy scold them for dragging him away. "Last time we let you walk on your own, you bolted off," The other guard scold him back. "I wanted to have another run," Tommy groaned. "Are you trying to be like Dream where he's able to do these things? Because there is no way that you're going to be like him if you keep getting caught like this," The latter guard questioned him. "Maybe, maybe not. All I know is that I was just zooming through and could hear the music playing in my ears," Tommy grinned. "Well you should probably start finding a new hobby to enjoy, kid," The first guard scuffed, "At least for your brother's sake," And just like that, Tommy went silent.

Now that Tommy was sent to the cellar, two men walked over to where the child was at. Although one of them looked about to be Tommy's age, the other was clear that he was the eldest of the two. They both came upon the cellar house and walked in to meet the cell keeper. The older brother walked over to him as the cell keeper looked at the two. "Here to pick up the little rascal?" The keeper asked. "Yeah, 14 emeralds for bail, right?" The older brother asked as he began to pull out the said items and started to count the numbers in his head. "It's gonna be 18 this time," The keeper said. "Wait, 18?" The older one asked again. Slightly paled when he heard that. "Since Thomas tends to be a regular here, and doesn't usually get along with anyone in here, of course, we're gonna be asking you to pay a little more,"
"Look, I'm sorry about this and all of my little brother's doing, but I promise that I can contain him and keep him in control," The bother said. "That's what you have been saying for a while, Mister Soot," The keeper said. The said male sigh softly and pulled out four more emeralds from his pocket and handed them to the keeper. In return, the keeper gave the older brother the key to where Tommy was kept. Luckily, they both know where Tommy was so they had no problems finding him. They both walked towards where Tommy was kept and they saw the child was sat in an empty cell. He was on the bench while he leaned back on the wall and rested. The older brother looked at Tommy and sighed while bearing the weight of heavy disappointment. "Why do you this Tommy?" He asked. The said male looked over and grinned at the dark brown-haired male. Happily to see his brother just came in to bail him out like always. "As, I've said manly times, Wil, I'm a rebel and live in the life of danger," Tommy spoke as if he was a boss of a gang. "Do you know how many emeralds I had to bail you out I use to bail you out every time you get into trouble?" The said male spoke with a hint of annoyance in his voice. Tommy's grin soon faded once he heard that left his mouth. He frowned a little but tried to make things a little more positive. "... I'm sure that they'll let you-" "18 emeralds this time," Wilbur said as his voice rose a little. Only making Tommy have his head hanging slightly over his shoulders.
