I sat in the car and waved to Soojin. The man took off his mask and glasses.

Me: "Are you insane?"

JK: "Please don't be offended since I introduced myself as your boyfriend."

Me: "I'm not talking about it. Are you insane for coming all the way here? What if someone recognized you? What if Soojin recognized you? You might be in big trouble. Also, if Bang PD found out about all of this, I'd be in big trouble."

JK: "So you're not angry that I introduced me to him as your boyfriend?"

All of a sudden, I blushed, and silence took over me.

JK: "I was worried. I was concerned. You were all by yourself. I had no choice but to come. What would you do if you were scared? At this point, having someone by your side was better. I didn't want you to have to deal with things on your own."

Me: "You are a sweetheart."

As I said this, I moved closer to him, taking his hand in mine and resting my head on his shoulder. He gave me the same sense of security that I had with my father. While I closed my eyes and rested, he sat calmly beside me the entire time.

The bodyguard alerted us of our arrival and handed me the mask once we arrived.

We both exited the car and proceeded to the dorm.

All of the members greeted us when we opened the door.

Suga: "Jia, are you alright?"

Me: "If JK hadn't shown up, I might not have been. Thanks, JK."

I looked over at the person standing next to me, who was already looking at me.

JK: "It's my pleasure, Jia."

Tae: "Why are you dropping the honorifics? And why are your hands intertwined?"

JK: "I'm not going to call her Noona anymore. She is Jia. I already like her. When that playboy took her with him, I was scared. I thought I wouldn't be able to see her any longer. So now I'm not going to hide my feelings."

Tae: "Do whatever you want, just give her time to recover first. I'm sure she's taken aback."

Me: "Please accept my apologies for troubling you all. You are now free to work. I'm going to be fine. I'm going to sleep for a while and then I'll feel better."

Suga: "Are you sure?"

Jin: "Are you hungry?"

Me: "I'm fine Oppa."

RM: "Okay, then, give her some time to rest. And, if you need us, Jia, you may come straight to the studio. For today, that will do."

JK: "Is it possible for me to stay here? I promise to you all that I will allow her to rest. If I start working straight away, I won't be at ease."

Jimin: "Let me accompany you."

Hobi: "Yes, I suppose it would be OK. At the very least, both of you staying here will lessen our worries about Jia."

Suga: "However, take care of her."

JK and Jimin: "Promise Hyung."

They all returned to their studios, and I returned to my room.

I slept for over two hours. I felt thirsty after waking up. I went out of my room and I heard two boys conversing in hushed tones.

Jimin: "Our plan worked. I'm guessing Tae is envious of us."

JK: "Not of us, but of me. V Hyung is envious of me. Didn't you notice how he acted when he noticed we were holding hands?"

Jimin: "His face was worth seeing when you called Jia by her name."

JK: "I know, right."

My ears couldn't believe what they were hearing. I'd begun to feel at ease in JK's presence. What was I listening to? I enjoyed his company, laughed with him, and preferred him over others because he offered me a sense of security. Was it all part of a plan? Were they always toying with my emotions?

I returned to my room without letting them know of my presence.
