The Doctors and nurses were still shocked because of what happened. They thought the operation will be successful but suddenly Lisa's body give up, they still can't believe that's why they're just looking at Lisa.

Doctor Kim: (sigh) We did our best in this operation, didn't we? (Looked at his team)

Nurse Park: y-yes Doc (low tone)

Doctor Kang: I-I t-think Doc (gulp)

Doctor Kim: clean the body of Ms. Lisa, I'm just going to talk to her family outside. (Exit the operating room)

Jennie POV
Almost thirty minutes later, the Doctors ran to the Operating room, but until now, nothing has come out of them. I'm starting to get more nervous, I walk to the door when Doctor Kim finally come out.

Lisa's Mom: how's my daughter? (Immediately asked)

Jennie: h-how is Lisa Doctor Kim? (Sob)

Doctor Kim: (sigh) I'm so sorry but she didn't make it (look at Lisa's parents, Jennie's parents and finally to Jennie) we did our best to revive her but nothing happen (bow) I'm so sorry Mr. And Mrs. Manoban (bow down)

Jennie: n-no (shaking her head) you're just lying (Shouted) where is Lisa?! Tell me your lying! (Yelled while crying)

Kai: J-Jen (Hugged her sister)

Jennie: o-oppa (cried)

Jisoo: Jendeuk please be strong (cried)

Jennie: what happened during operation?! (Angrily asked)

Doctor Kim: we thought the operation will be successful but when we're about to stitch the cuts her heart rate suddenly decrease that's why we immediately call for a backup but Ms. Manoban's body literally gave up (bow down) I'm so sorry

Jennie: (Entered the operating room)

Them: Jennie! (Shouted Jennie's name)

3rd Person POV
All the Doctors and Nurses inside the operating room were surprised when Jennie suddenly came inside, they tried to stop it and let it out of the operating room but they were pushed by it. Jennie immediately hugged Lisa's body and there she cried, begging to come back to her, she also said how much she loved her and she was ready to fight for the two of them till the end. So the Doctors and Nurses couldn't help but cry because they witnessed how badly Jennie was hurt by Lisa's death.

Doctor Kang: Ms. Kim we need you to go outside so we can clean Ms. Manoban's body (low tone)

Jennie: n-no I won't leave her (face is hidden in Lisa's neck) please save her (cried) her body is still warm

Doctor So: I'm sorry Ms. Kim (low tone)

Jennie: Lili please come back to me (sob) you've promised that you won't give up, please come back to me (cried) You said that when you recover, you will court me, so please come back to me. I told you don't leave me so please come back (Touches Lisa's cheeks) please Lily come back to me (kiss Lisa's lips) please Lisa comeback to me! (Yelled while crying)

Nurse Park: (sigh) M-Ms. Kim please let's go outside (hold Jennie's shoulder) let's go now Ms. Kim (help Jennie to stand up)

Jennie: No, I won't leave her! (Pushed Nurse Park) I will stay here, I promised to her when she woke up I will be the first person will be there (cried) I will wait for her (hold Lisa's cheeks) please comeback to me Lili (whispered to Lisa's lips) I'm begging you my Lili (kiss Lisa's lips)
