I don't know exactaly when it all happened but what I do know is that its changed my life forever and I know that if it didn't happen that my life would be more simple but I know if it didn't happen my life would be boring. I never knew I would be in this situation, It's something you dream of and hope for but you know it will never come true. Having a crush is a great thing but talking to them is the hardest thing.

oh, hi my name's Crystal Anne May, I'm 15 years old and a year 10 in high school, I have long chocolate brown hair with light brown highlights, I have light brown eyes which are darker around the outside. I don't normally wear a lot of makeup but I like to wear concealer, a bit of eye shadow, mascara and lip balm. I'm pretty tall for my age and i'm not skinny either but I don't like to think of myself as fat.

I have four best friends, Scarlet is one of my best friends, she has bombshell blonde hair that comes down just past her sholders which is straight, she has bright blue eyes which holds soo much emotion and laughter. She's bubby and always telling jokes and making us laugh, she's always been there for me when ever I need her.

Then there's Lilly who is just down right crazy and weird, she was blonde hair which has a bit of brown in it and it goes green whenever she swims, she was blue eyes aswell but her eyes hold more laughter and jokes then anything else, shes crazy and loves to make a fool of herself and goes even more crazy when she eats candy.

There's also Elise, she has dirty blonde hair which comes down to just past her sholders just like Scarlet, she has green blue eyes, she is crazy too but she gets stressed easily.

Then there's Poppi who is originally a burnett but she's dyed her hair a redy colour which really suits her, it falls about one inichpast her sholders but it's slowly grown longer, she has green eyes which I'm totally jealous of. She bubby and full of life, she's always got a smile on her face and always has something nice to say.

Me and my friends have been together for about 3-4 years but some I've only know for about 2 years, we've had so many memories together and have so many jokes and had so many laughs.

Year 8 went by slowly, really slowly and there wasn't much drama, just the usual high school drama. Year 9 went by with not much drama or crushes, all the boys were complete d-heads, my homegroup (which is a class thing before reccess) had no cute guys and in my english class there was two cute guys out of like 25 to 30 students and maths and histrory had no cute guys, music not one, french there was just a whole bunch of weirdos but in my science, PE and technology there was on guy, one guy that I didn't notice until the end of the year. You know when you have a crush, you go sort of crazy, thinking about them and the possible scenario's you could be in with them and then the dreams that you know will never come true. I believe there are steps in a crush and what you feeling and by the end of the year and beginningof year 9 I was on the first step.

The "I think I like him" step.

This step comes at the very beginning of it all, sometimes you won't even realize your at this step because crush can jump on you, one day yo don't know who they are but then the next day you like them and are getting excited to go to your class that you have with him and then you find yourself smiling and laughing while thinking of him. In this step you're just accepting that you like him and once you do the first thing you do is tell your closest friend.

For me this step took awhile, it stared out with me not having anyone to talk to in one of my classes and then I started talking to him and his friends, then I started looking forward to that class and a possible conversation with him. To actually accept it and tell my friends or a friend was the hardest, you see I haven't had a good experience with crushes and I didn't want that to happen again. I think it was about three or so weeks after I accepted it, that I told Scarlet. Yes it took me that long. Lets say that conversation was..... different.
