Mrs. Gomiz opened the door and acted sleepy. "May I help you?" Mrs. Gomiz said. "I think i saw jewish here." The soldier pushed Mrs. Gomiz and entered the house. "A black hair girl? With a blonde hair family? Explain this." Said the soldier. Mr. Gomiz grabbed a photo Album and looked at a picture of his mom. He changed the date to January 5th 1937. "Here." Said Mr. Gomiz. The soldier grabbed the photo and saw the date. Matteo whispered to Mr. Gomiz "Please dad let's tell the soldier that The girl Is jewish." Said Matteo. "No Matteo this is the last time we tell you no." Said Mr. Gomiz. Matteo stared at him and said " look you don't have a choice because if you don't let me I'm going to tell him!" Mr. Gomiz stared at Matteo and said "If you tell the soldier I'm going to send you live with your uncle lucas. I know you hate being with him so you better not snitch." Said Mr. Gomiz "FINE!" Said Matteo. When the soldier left everyone went to bed. Matteo slept on his blue room. Bianca slept on her pink room. Shita and Carmeli slept on Carmeli's room. At least the soldiers were not there anymore.
