Heyy guys! Woo, so it's about time I wrote a Psycho Pass fanfiction! You'd think I would have already, considering I've been obsessing over it since this summer. Lol nope, well I suppose I'll write one now!

So, apparently not a lot of people are into Psycho Pass *Cries* It's such a good anime! So that probably means I won't be getting many reads for this story, which sucks because it's going to be one of my better ones.

And btw guys sorry that the book cover is so crappy. The photo editor I usually use wasn't working and I couldn't find any good ones, so this will have to do until I can fix it.

If you like this story, can y'all do me a huge favour and reccomend it to your friends and on your social media sites? It would mean a lot to me :)

And without further ado, let's get started on the first chapter!

_______________________________________________________________________________

The first thing I ever remember noticing when I first met Kagari was his hair. It stuck up on all ends, and it was probably about a foot or 2 from the top of his head. Well, it still is. But now, he just sticks 4 teal paper clips on one side of his hair to keep the majority of it out of his face. Teal is not exactly a guy color.

Actually, I noticed his eyes first and foremost, but that's not really as sugnifigent. They're a light brown, almost amber, I suppose. You can immedietly tell they're brown, but in some pictures of him or in some lighting you can easily mistake them for amber or hazel.

Here are some things I know about Shusei Kagari;

He specializes in the cheesiest jokes in all humanity, his hair will only stay under control if you use more than half a bottle of hair gel, but it might not even last for 3 hours, most of his free time is spent playing video games, he hates almost everyone, he will eat all food except for anything spicy and kiwis, he can't keep spicy food down for the life of him, he can't watch The Notebook without crying, he sleeps around 6 hours a day, he's a night owl, the only book he'll ever read is manga, his birthday is December third, and his favourite movie is Star Wars even though he's only seen the CGI version.

Here are some things I don't know about Shusei Kagari;

His favourite color (he says he doesn't have one because all he ever sees around here is white), his middle name, which sport he plays best, whether he can sing, if he can cook, if he's even a tad romantic, his mother's name, his jean size, his favourite animal (he says he doesn't know because he hasn't seen many), what his hair feels like, what he dreams about, if he likes me back, what his skin feels like, what his favourite song is, his shoe size.

I met Shusei Kagari the first day I was admitted into this facility. His room is right next to mine. Glass walls and all. What choice did we have but to become friends? It eased the everyday boredom that plagued our thoughts. Talking to your neighbor is a rather pleasent way to pass the time. And I'm not going to lie, it's an even better experiece when it's Kagari.

The first time I saw him, I could barely see him at all. It was dark. Come to think of it, they still haven't changed the lightbulbs in this hallway. But now our individual electronic screens light up our rooms. If he's asleep, I can see his sillouette in his room, slowly rising and falling. Sometimes, I check to see if he's breathing, just in case.

When I first came here, I felt really creeped out that there were only glass walls seperating him and I. After a while though, I got used to it. I just signaled to him when I wanted to change and he'd turn around and wouldn't look, and I'd do the same for him. Though, he didn't change as often as I did.

There was no way to hear each other through the glass for the first few years because it was soundproof, so we had to read each other's lips to understand what the other was saying. We soon mastered this, though, before the facilty decided to put tiny holes in the walls to prevent us from waking up everyone from our banging on the walls.
