Abhi and Purab walk into the room as Dr Singh goes closer to Pragya and gets shocked seeing her face.

Dr Singh- Chachi! {gaining everyone's attention}

Vikram- Dr Singh? Is everything okay? Do you know Pragya Ji?

Abhi- What's going on here? What has happened to my Pragya? Why is this doctor just standing lost in thought?

Ranbir- We don't know what happened Chief. He was Pragya Aunty and said Chachi, and ever since he's been silent. Prachi do you know him? Is he your brother?

Prachi nods no

Abhi POV- Chachi? That means it has to become someone related to me or King because Pragya was never married to anyone else. Could it be Sunny? This could be him because only he used to call Pragya Chachi and even his surname is Singh. Could he be Disha's son? I have only one way to find out and for that Purab must go from here.

Abhi to Purab- Purab. Look at this doctor he's frozen in his spot why don't you go and ask them to send his mother. She's a very big specialist no? Why don't you call her.

Purab- You're right. I'll just do that. {Purab leaves the room while everyone looks questioningly at Abhi}

Abhi- You two out {Abhi points at Tanu and Alia who look furiously at him, however they leave without causing a scene}

Dadi- Abhi Puttar! What's going on here I'm so confused.

Abhi walks up to Dr Singh and puts his arm on his shoulder. Dr Singh instantly turns around and realises his presence and the current situation. However the familiar face in front of him turns him off and he immediately remembers his entire childhood. His favourite person in the world is standing right in front of him and yet he can't do anything about it. His mind warns him to not get emotional, but before it can talk any sense into him his heart reacts and he soon hugs Abhi, shocking everyone around him. Abhi immediately reciprocates the hug and knows that this is his long lost nephew. He thinks of how happy Purab would be to finally be to meet Sunny after all these years.

Sunny- Chucks {Shocking all the family members to the core, and the ones that are aware about Sunny instantly become emotional remembering his and Disha's times around the house and all the happy moments}

Abhi- Don't worry. Your mom is coming here. Pragya will be fine. Do her checkup first and then we can talk about all of this. {Sunny breaks the hug and wipes his tears}

Dr Singh- Could all of you please wait outside?

Rhea- Dad? Who's that? How do you know him

Abhi- Rhea darling. Why don't you have a little patience. Today the entire truth is going to come out.

Sunny checks up Pragya and she wakes up after a few minutes, she is happy to see Abhi finally back to his normal state and gets very happy seeing Sunny. In the meantime, Abhi tells all the family members to assemble after an hour of rest as something very important is going to be revealed. Meanwhile, Purab goes to pick up Dr Singh's mother as her car gets punctured. They meet each other and grow emotional and then he realises that Dr Singh is Sunny and he tells Disha about what has been happening in Abhi and Pragya's life and how Pragya Di is really critical now. Disha also tells him very emotionally about her second pregnancy and her still born son who she could never meet which makes Purab feel guilty as hell.

An hour later,

Everyone has assembled in the hall and Purab walks in with Disha. Everyone is happy to see her and reunites with Sunny who has no hard feelings towards Purab or any of family members.

First, Abhi kicks out Tanu and gets her arrested for her involvement in the death of Kiara.

Next, Abhi tells everyone about the deal between Rhea and Prachi, shocking everyone to the core and really hurting Pragya

Then, Ranbir tells everyone about Pallavi's heart attack drama and how he actually loves Prachi and Rhea is just obsessed over him

Finally, Sunny tells everyone about Aryan being his real brother and Alia kidnapping him and shows everyone footage of the night when Alia was escaping with Aryan.

The families reunite. Pragya forgives Rhea but Abhi is still upset at her. Pragya, Prachi and Shahana move into the Mehra Mansion. The elders start discussing Prachi and Ranbir's wedding. Alia is kicked out and jailed. Disha and Purab reunite with their two children. Everyone lives happily ever after.
