I groaned and came to the living world to find someone aggressively shaking me.
"Todoroki, I swear to God, you better wake up right now!"
I opened my eyes, fluffy green hair filling my vision.
"Midoriya...you're too close...?" I averted my eyes, feeling my face heat up. Why does he feel the need to do this?
"Oh, sorry!"
"Just help me up."
He nodded, picking me up bridal style and placing me in the forsaken wheelchair.
He helped me get changed--I think it's bad that I'm starting to get comfortable with him watching me change--and I brushed my hair and teeth.
"Sensei said we're doing more training today!"
"I can participate too, right?"
"After what happened last time, no way, sir!"
I groaned. "Fine."
"You can always watch the exercises with All Might though!"
"Yay." I sarcastically cheered. I enjoy training with my classmates, and being unable to do it sucks.
"Don't be sarcastic!" Midoriya whacked the back of my head.
"Ow! I'll be sarcastic if I want to!"
"Pfft-" Midoriya laughed. "I-I'm sorry--haha--but I've never heard you be sarcastic before!"
"Stop laughing and just lets get to Iida and Uraraka."
"Fine," Midoriya chuckled, smiling.
"Stop smiling it's too bright for this early in the morning."
"No."
"Yes."
"Just get us out of here."
Midoriya opened the door and pushed me out into the hall.
"Hey Todoroki! Hey Midoriya!"
"Hi Sero!" Midoriya and I said in unison.
"Mind if I swing by after class to grab a copy of that manga Todoroki?"
"Go ahead."
"Thanks man!"
As we walked--well, Midoriya pushed me along--Midoriya began to question me.
"You and Sero trade manga?"
"Yea. What about it?"
"I just never thought you the type to have manga!"
"I do. My sister gives me them when I go home...reading's kinda my escape from that hellhole."
"That's fair, considering all you've been through."
"Yea."
We had a comfortable silence between us as we made our way downstairs.
"Hey Todoroki, Midoriya!" Uraraka called as we came out of the elevator.
"Hey Uraraka!"
"How're you feeling today, Todoroki?"
"Yes. Have you regained any feeling in your legs?" Iida questioned.
"Decent and no." I said, staring at them both. "Also don't talk like I'm sick, I'm the same as normal, just without the 'walking' part."
Uraraka nodded, smiling at me.
"C'mon, let's get to class!"
We followed the peppy girl out of the dorms, and began our journey to the forsaken room.
Monoma attempted to approach me--again--but I just ignored him.
"You're not worth my time," I said as he attempted to make a degrading remark.
"I am ALWAYS worth everyone's time!!" He yelled as we walked into the classroom.
"I hate him."
"We all do," Iida said, nodding at us.
"Thats a shock to hear coming from you, Mr. President."
"He mocks my fellow classmates, I cannot NOT hate him!"
"Iida, I didn't know you had it in you to hate people!" Mina said, staring at him.
"Well, I am human, so I am capable of hating people!"
"Really? I thought you were part robot or something," Kaminari remarked, earning a few chuckles.
"Ok, settle down," Aizawa~sensei said, coming into the room. "Everyone meet at Gym Gamma. Todoroki, you're coming with me to observe."
I rolled my eyes, not willing to argue.
"Ok, now go."
Everyone scurried to the locker rooms, and a few gave me pitiful glances.
"Ok, so we've heard from Recovery Girl. She's coming back, and will be here Sunday, give or take."
"That's good."
"Can you manage for two more days?"
"Obviously, sensei."
"Ok, kid, now let's go see the hell All Might puts them through. I requested he put them through it for our amusement."
"Did he agree?"
"He did. It'll probably make you feel better about not being able to train with your peers."
We went to the observation place, to watch the training begin.
"Ok, kids." All Might said as soon as everyone was there. "We're going to be putting you in an obstacle course! No using quirks, and there will be some twists! If I catch you using quirks, you'll automatically fail! There will be a red team and a blue team! The red team will be seat numbers 1-10, and the blue team will be seat numbers 11-20!"
"Ok, yea, that sounds like hell."
"They're all starting on opposite sides of the course. There's a giant robot in the middle, and they have to fight it using stuff they find."
In the end, the blue team won, because of Midoriya and Yaoyorozu's quick thinking combined.
Day 5 was complete.
(Pfft-- it ended with 777 words....)
