Elegance Biography ( How I became part squid

Chapter 1: A casual Sunday (2 years before operation)

Year:2019

I'm in my room playing the octo-expansion in Splatoon 2, On the Girl Power Station level. It's the level where you have to stop sanitized octolings from destroying the orb in the center.  I just now killed one trying to run over a crate with a Splat Roller, thinking it could bury the big wood box.

"Why are you trying to run over a crate 4 times bigger than you silly" I taunt towards the octoling. I slap its head with a Curling Bomb, exploding on contact.

"Man these guys are silly," I say to nobody just as the timer runs out. it plays the mission complete sound.

I normally go with the layouts with the rollers, because I'm a killing machine with those, those were my favorite weapon ever since I started playing Splatoon. For my subs, I often go with the Splat Bomb or a Curling Bomb. But sometimes I go with both if I could.

I was about to start the J04 Footloose Station when my mom and brother Caleb come home.

"Bridget honey, come here, please." My mom calls me.

"Coming" I yell back.

I then go see my mother, I jump in shock at the look at my brother. He was in a wheelchair and a cast on his left arm.

"HOLY SHIT WHAT HAPPENED?!?!?" I shout in concern

"Bridget, watch your language, and he got in a bad, BAD fight in school. He did not get punished, not just that but I'm proud of him"

Why would she say she was proud of him? But I don't know why.

"Mom, why are you proud of him?" I ask confusingly

"Because he didn't retaliate, he fought back, but only for defense. In which he should do and he did." She says proudly. "And the school saw that achievement, so he didn't get it"

I tried to process that, but instead of realizing it, all it did has come with more questions in my mind, how the fuck did he not get punished?

I go back to start my next mission. I have never done this one before. As usual, I chose the roller and whatever sub it had. Which was Curling Bombs, I was surprised it came with a Sloshier, one weapon I never used but heard about it. I remember one of the octolings beating me with it in the Girl Power Station Level.

"Dang, The floor is wooden crates. This is gonna be hard." I say to nobody again. I often do this a lot and it drives my mother nuts.

I ended up finishing it on my first try. Then, something bad happens. and it's not pretty.
