Solo cups in the yard, intoxicated teenagers spread out across the house. Liquor in the kitchen and drugs in the backyard. Music blasting that you can hear from miles away.
Bodies on bodies, kissing, make-out sessions, lap dancing, and people going farther than the waistline.
"Hey, Dream, do you want some more alcohol" Sapnap slurred, already wasted.
"Yeah, hand over another cup," Dream said as he strumbled past Sapnap to the whiskey on the kitchen counter.
"Dream doesn't get to be fucked up," Sapnap laughed "we still have to walk home."
"Oh god, we have school tomorrow" Dream put his hands on his templates letting out a contemplated sigh.
"It's okay; we can skip class or something," Sapnap recommended.
"My dad is gonna beat my ass if I skip school one more time," Dream explained.
"Why don't you just move out your almost eighteen anyways," Sapnap chimed.
"Sap, it doesn't work like that," Dream said. "Anyways, now that the mood is ruined, I'm ready to go home."
"Fine," Sapnap said, rolling his eyes.
They made their way through the crowd and walked out the front door.
"Dude, we have the SATs tomorrow," Dream blurted out.
"Shit, well, I'll see you tomorrow," Sapnap said as the two of them parted ways.
Dream walked the rest of the way home in silence, or should I say stumbling home.
He climbed back in through his window and plopped himself onto his bed.
He heard footsteps coming up the stairs, and he quickly closed his eyes, not wanting to get caught being up so late.
He could tell that his dad walked in because of how loud the door was opened.
When the door finally shut, Dream got back up and went to the bathroom to find some pills, so he wouldn't have a massive headache in the morning.
He took some pills then brushed his teeth. The dream took off the green hoodie that he wore all the time.
Dream hopped back into the back, but this time going to bed.
~~~~~~
Time skips to the following day
Dream never set the alarm; his dad usually came in yelling at him to wake up.
This morning was tranquil, though. Around an hour after school had already started, Dream got up.
He put back on his hoodie, slipping on some black socks and shoes. He walked out his bedroom door and headed downstairs.
No one was in sight, not even his dad. He tried to shrug it off and got some breakfast.
Dream walked out the front door; since his family was too poor to afford a car, he had to walk to school.
Dream placed an earbud into his ear, letting the other one dangle on his disgusting colored jacket.
~~~~~~~~
Dream walks into the office to get his late slip. He walked down the empty hallway until he reached his class.
He saw Sapnap already there. Dream walked in, and all the eyes were on him. He was used to it, though, between being late and being one of the famous people.
"Mr.Dream, you are late for the third time in a row," Mrs. Smith scolded.
"Yeah, I know," Dream said, taking a seat next to Sapnap.
The teacher continued with the lesson until she got interrupted by the door opening again.
A petite boy with dark brown hair, brown eyes, totally normal slacks, and a blue hoodie.
"Umm, hi," The boy said with a light accent.
"Ohh, you must be the new student," Mrs. Smith said. "How about you introduce yourself to the class."
"Hi, I am George," He stuttered out.
"That is a disgusting colored shirt, and who the hell wears slacks anymore?" Sapnap blurted.
George turned red and looked down at his feet.
Dream elbowed Sapnap in the side. "Don't be rude," he said.
"Why not?" Sapnap said. "What do you think? He's cute."
"Cuter than you, but I'm not Gay," Dream whispered, rolling his eyes.
"Boys, do you want to share what you were just talking about?" Mrs. Smith shouted.
Sapnap and Dream both shook their heads.
"George, how about you sit next to the boy in the lime green hoodie?" Mrs. Smith smiled.
George walked over to the chair, still being a little red.
"Hey George," Sapnap whispered and shouted. "Are you gay?"
George looked over at him and just stared. He opened his mouth, but the nervousness got the better of him, and nothing came out.
"Are you stupid or something??AAnswerme," Sapnap said, still kinda whispering.
Dream looked over at George, making their eyes immediately lock. George turned even redder, just staring at Dream.
"Can I please go to the bathroom?" George asked.
"Yeah, but be quick," Mrs. Smith said.
George rushed out of the classroom and quickly walked down the hallway to the bathroom.
He looked at himself in the mirror, seeing how red he was. * He just looked at me. Why am I all red* George thought?
He slashed cold water on his face. He was still looking down when he heard the bathroom door swing open.
George quickly looked up, being met with Dreams eyes.
"Umm hi," George said
"Sorry, my friend was being a dick to you," Dream said, slightly stepping forward.
"It-its fine, I'm kinda used to it," George said, looking away from Dreams' gaze.
"If he bothers you again," Dream said, stepping forward more, leaving less than six inches between their bodies.
"Just tell me," Dream said, lifting George's face with his hand.
~~~~~~~
A couple of minutes earlier
"Hey, do you want to make a bet?" Sapnap whispered.
"Yeah, I'm down," Dream said in response.
"I bet that you can't make the new kid fall for you," Sapnap laughed.
"Fine bet," Dream raised his hand. " Can I go and make sure that George didn't get lost?".
"Yeah, sure," Mrs. Smith said.
With that, Dream left the class, making his way down the hallway to the bathroom.
~~~~~~~~~~Dream got even closer to George being able to feel Dream's hot, unsteady breath in his ear.
"If you need anything, and I mean anything, you just tell me," Dream murmured.
Dream jerked back, and George's face was entirely red now. " Yeah yeah, I'll do that," George said, scratching the back of his head.
"Should we head back to class now? " Dream snickered.
George said nothing. He opened the swinging door with a squeak attaining along.
