To explain this

Mana is the magical source of all living beings it's almost like fuel when they use magic spells jinx or hex it runs through their body almost like blood and that's what I call mana flow or MF it's also the protected layer of the soul and it's mostly realated to life since its also a life source

Now their are various types and events for mana I'll start with the basic

Mana flow(MF)

Is the mana that flows with in the the body like I said its almost like blood it has its circulation and it is possible for it to become imbalance the stronger and efficient the flow is the easier it is to cast or throw spells with very little chance for it go hay wire but also their is a weak mana flow they still magic but they have to be very cautious they can do smalls spells with ease but big spells not so much since it will instantly unbalance the flow but it still can be strengthened

Amount

Every each person has a certain amount of mana the normal amount is 100% but their are also who people who has mana deficiency it's mostly cause by birth either the baby came way to early or not having proper care people with not enough mana can't do big spells but just very little because it can damage it and causing a mana spill

Mana spill

It is when mana is being use inefficiently or wrongly it's like going pass your limit the persons body will go into a slight shock and will experience great fatigue nauseous and tiredness but can be solve with proper rest and not being exposed to mana for a while

Mana shock

This is very painful and dangerous it's when a person over uses their mana and pushing it to their limit where their bodies couldn't handle it anymore and straight up collapse on let's self this comes with extreme chess pains and numbness coughing up blood to

Mana share

This usually happens between child and parent but it's very rare it is when the child is still in the womb and it latches itself to the parent and the parent will feel like their being pulled or tugged this is normal during pregnancy the baby is just trying to find a familiar comfort or feel safe mana is essential because it's what helps the baby developed but it all disappears when the child is born because their bodies will make it's own mana but mana share is when the child is born is unable to create it's own mana so it shares with the parent their both basically connected and both must be care because if one is being careless the other will also get effected

Mana thief

It is possible to take some else's mana but you must have a license to do so it's almost the same with donating blood or transfering blood to another person whos in dire need of it to people whos mana production is very slow

Corruption

This is a abit complex it is when the mana isn't the same anymore it is still able to create magic but it is slowly killing the person causes of this is when a black magic back fires at the person which cause their mana to break and destroy people effect by this is permanent damage and can slowly kill the person and has no treatment

Yeah it can help but not so much it can keep you alive for quite some time

Mana usage

In the old times people didn't have much limitations into using magic out doors and can do it whenever as long as its properly controled but in the modern day thing has become more strict about mana and using magic out doors so in the modern day you could do very little since you are not allowed to use magic outdoors you can use still use it out doors but only if it's necessary or you have a license and because of this new rule people become more dependable towards new technology

Education

Their are various kinds of education for magic their are mage courses alchemist courses and etc for people who wishes to excel more in their magical capability their are very few prestigious schools who has this kind of settings and mostly not everyone can get in because of the difficultly of the entrance exam itself but can very much help with society

Manaless

This kind of person is very rare so rare people think its just a folk lore they are very little to no amount of mana in them what so ever but alive they are unable to use any magic all on their own they can intake mana donation but their bodies couldn't produce more almost like a bottle you fill it with water and you drink it leaving the bottle empty again water doesn't just magically refill itself and very little is known about this because of how unexistence it is
