it was around midnight when the set of friends had finished watching the film. and much to everyone's surprise, the movie night was the ideal distraction for the girl as the thought of him didn't even cross her mind throughout the two hours.

when the credits reflected on the large screen, the brunette lifted her frame from the velvet sofa and observed her friends who were now drowned in an exhausted state. messing with them, millie flicked on the lights with a rascal look on her face.

"i was about to fall asleep you pain in the ass!" sadie stood up groggily. her fiery waves were tangled as she shot a fatigue glare.

"you were the ones who suggested a marathon and fell asleep on the first movie!" caleb argued taking millie's side. noah was already in deep slumber and snoring on the floor.

"exactly, now wake up shitheads!" millie demanded before stepping out of the living room. she recognized that her phone wasn't present with her, therefore the girl climbed up the stairs to retrieve it.

nevertheless, what she had witnessed next was enough for her squeal to break the fire alarm. as she finally reached her gadget, a text appeared on her lock screen, notifying that a person has liked her post.

it was ordinary for millie when her phone repetitively buzzed due to the overflowing notifications, but this particular one wasn't so ordinary.

she squinted her eyes, reading it observantly as her pupils enlarged and her jaw dropped. even her phone felt trust less at that moment as she scurried when opening the app. it felt too ecstatic to be real. only her incessant dreams were as bewildering.

double checking the news, it was confirmed. it was indeed him who liked the post and drove the poor girl unhinged that it was too much for her petite body to handle.

suddenly, a vociferous shriek flooded all over the building that had an ability to cause an earthquake.

with the phone remaining in her hands, millie kept staring at that same information over and over as it was the earth's most resplendent value.

scratch that, it was indeed the earth's most resplendent sight, at least it was to her. so she screamed again.

"come on now what?! your heavenly father released another picture of his photoshoot?!" noah moaned in exasperation as she roamed down the stairs. she was too preoccupied to give a shit about how her torturous noises made their ears nearly bleed.

"surprisingly better!!" she responded in a high pitch tone, not being able to restrain herself from forming a toothy smile. the fan girl enthusiastically clapped her hands together and bounced rapidly, letting out more squealing noises.

"oh how i beg to know all about it in your spam..." caleb responded. but neither of them expected for the brunette to agree and dash out of the room to post about the news.
