It was the first day of their final year of High-school, Jon was excited because he absolutely loved school, Damian on the other hand wasn't over the moon he was only attending the school because he was sick of being homeschooled. They had first period together which was Mr.Anderson's class for English and Damian did not get on well with him at all.

"Did you all do the summer reading I assigned as well as the short two page review of the book" Mr.Anderson asked

There was a collective "Yes" from the class with a few remaining quiet

"Mr.Wayne you didn't respond, should I take that as you didn't do it" Mr.Anderson asked

"No you shouldn't I did it and more, seen as your an English teacher in your late forties and unmarried I presume you have a lot of free time on your hands, I wrote a twenty page in depth review in the book with an extra twenty on the movie as well as ten pages on how I would fix all the problems the author made" Damian replied

"Why thank you for your opinion and analysis of my life Mr.Wayne, charming as ever" Mr.Anderson said

"I don't appreciate the sarcasm, teach your class or do whatever it is you normally do although I wouldn't call that teaching" Damian said

"I can have you moved to a different class if you want Mr.Wayne, I'd be happy to do it" Mr.Anderson said

"No I'm happy here" Damian replied with a smirk

"Dami why are you like this, in this class" Jon asked from beside him

"I don't like him" Damian replied

Damian refrained from interrupting the rest of the class and then proceeded to his next class without Jon, the next time they were together was break where they met up with Conor, Helena, Lara and Cassie

"I heard you caused a scene in Anderson's class" Helena said

"He had it coming" Damian replied as he lay his head on Jon's lap

"So do you two just not care if your seen or not anymore" Lara asked

"Nope" they replied

"What's your deal with Anderson anyway" Cassie asked

"He just annoys me, the way Drake annoys me" Damian said

"So for no reason whatsoever" Conor inputted

"Tt no there is a reason just I'm not willing to say" Damian replied

"Yeah sure there is, but I'd prefer if you didn't try get suspended or expelled during our last year of school" Jon said

"I can't make any promises but I'll try for you" Damian said

"You two are so cute, it's sickening" Cassie said

"Cassie you'll find love some day, wether it be human or multiple cats" Damian said

"That was just mean" Cassie said

"I don't have an off switch for being mean" Damian said

"Yes you do, but only I know where it is" Jon said

"Okay is there an off switch for that or do I have to keep watching" Lara asked

"Fine we'll stop" Jon said

"Thank you" Lara said

After break the bell rang and they headed back to their classes, met up again at lunch then went back for three more classes before the day finished and Damian, Helena, Jon and Conor went back to the Manor

"Is your dad and mom or stepmom home from their trip yet" Jon asked

"No they should be back on Thursday" Helena said

"So I have to put up with Kane for three more days" Damian said

"She stood on a cats tail and said sorry to you, I don't see the what the big deal is" Conor said

"It's not just a cats tail it's Alfred's tail and she didn't stand on me" Damian said

"Damian is just petty and he'll never forgive her" Helena said

"Hey you four how was school" Kate asked

"Damian almost got suspended during first period" Helena smirked

"Damian it's your final year you should be trying to stay in school" Kate said

"Tt, whatever. Kent we have homework to do" Damian said dragging him away

"How much homework will they actually do" Kate laughed

Damian heard what she said and sent a birdarang flying into the wall inches from her head which caused her to stop laughing

"I hate that kid" Kate said

"The feelings mutual, I assure you of that" Helena said

"Why is that" Kate asked

"You stood on Alfred's tail" Conor said

"I apologised for that" Kate exclaimed

"You apologised to him, not Alfred so that's why he's upset" Helena said

While they talked Damian and Jon were making their way upstairs and arrived at Damian's room

"So are we doing homework" Jon asked

"We might do something else first" Damian said pulling his tie

"I like where this is going" Jon said taking of his glasses

"I know you do" Damian smirked

Jon began kissing Damian pushing him towards the bed until Jon fell on top of Damian when they got to the bed

"Just making sure it's just kissing that we're doing" Jon asked

"Yes, yes that's all we're doing" Damian replied running his hand through Jon's hair

"Okay" Jon replied attacking Damian's neck

"Try not to leave to many marks, the school shirt doesn't go that high" Damian said

"I'll try" Jon replied continuing

This continued for another few minutes until they decided to get their homework over and done with before Jon had to go home. After Jon left Damian made his way down to the Batcomputer where he opened up a case file which only he was working on

"Hey Damian, what are you working on" Kate asked

"Nothing that concerns you" Damian replied

"Deathstroke, I'd say he'd be a concern for the whole team" Kate said

"Yeah well he's not, my team is working this case but nothing has come up in a while" Damian said

"And what team is this" Kate asked

"Myself, Kent, Branden and Ducard. Now if you would leave me be" Damian asked

"I was told why don't like me, if you want I'll apologise to the cat" Kate said

"'The Cat', if that's all you think of him don't bother" Damian spat

"But he is" Kate said

"He may be a 'Cat' but he has a name, just like Goliath who is a Dragon Bat and Titus who is a Great Dane" Damian spat

"Okay I'll apologise to Alfred then, where is he" Kate asked

"He's upstairs" Damian said

Kate left the cave in search of Alfred while Damian sunk into the chair, whenever Jon went home Damian felt this hole inside himself a coldness which Jon always filled, he was feeling lonely. So he closed down the Batcomputer and went on a short flight with Goliath before walking Titus and finally snuggling up with Titus and Alfred in his bed before drifting off to sleep.
