''Louis! We are have been invited to Eroda by the King. We are to leave tomorrow. There will be a company of boys along with the King's son. He is a bit younger than you so be nice. Son, I'm saying this for your own good. Don't get me wrong. We love you and we except you for who you are but sometimes people don't take kindly to it so just be careful who you tell about your sexuality. We know the media has already reported it. Also do not fret. It's legal in Eroda but they are still quite conservative alright?.'' King Mark says as he is instructing Earl to pack Louis's bags.

''Yes Father'' Louis says and goes to help Earl. Louis was homeschooled. He didn't have many friends so more than anyone, more than his mother and father he trusted Earl.

Earl was packing his things when Louis walked into his bedchamber.

''Can I help you Earl?" Louis asked grabbing a suitcase and opening it.

''Your too kind Your Highness but no I can do it. If you want to help maybe you could keep me company?" Earl said while folding a pair of Louis's denim.

Louis smiled. He loved smiling. He sat on his bed, legs hanging over its frame and he spread his arms out and collapsed on the silk and cotton covers on the bed. His room was painted light green. His favourite colour. His bedchamber is full of colour and life and love.

''Father said I should be careful with who I trust about my sexuality. Do you think the other Princes will not like me? Do you think they'll call me names? Will they think I'm weird for being a gay virgin? Earl what if they don't want to be my friend?'' Louis asks grabbing his Teddy bear and hugging it.

''I've never had friends apart from you and Teddy'' Louis says nervously.

''Your Highness you should be careful of who you trust at all times not just about your sexuality but if they don't want to be your friend then they are missing out. Quite frankly anyone who would not want to be your friend is a bit foolish. Why should you be ashamed of being a virgin? Were you not the person who said your waiting for the right person? I think that's a good and respectable thing'' Earl says reassuringly, still packing Louis's things.

''Thank you Earl! You are truly the best! I'm going to miss you when I go there.'' Louis says running up to Earl and throwing his hands around him like a child would and hugged him. Earl stops what he's doing and hugs Louis back tightly.

''Oh Your Highness. I will miss you too'' he says ruffling Louis's hair.

''But if you don't let me finish packing you will miss a good trip and a chance to make some new friends'' Earl says chuckling.

Earl barely smiles but with Louis he does. Louis is like a son to him. Earl raised Louis more than his Father and Mother. Louis immediately let go and stepped back.

''You're right Earl! Don't forget to put Teddy into my bag'' Louis says.

''As you wish Your Highness. Now it is 9pm. Why don't you go to sleep? I will finish packing and turn the lights off on my way out.'' Earl says.

Louis listens to Earl even when he doesn't listen to his parents which is very rarely. He is the perfect son. He is 17 but has the heart of a little child. Innocent and thoughts pure.
