Baby Don't Hurt Me

(2) Boy did that week go by fast

Sitting in the hospital bed, Izuku slowly opens his eyes, he brings his hand up and rubs the small specks of sleep dust out of them. Upon seeing the bright lights above his bed he tries to cover his eyes with both of his hands, but one of them was grasped by a sleeping blond. He manages to sit up a bit in bed, looking away from the lights and down at the boy sitting next to his hospital bed. Figuring it must be hard to get sleep like this as a new parent, he gently pulls his hand away from him and strokes his head softly. The sleepy omega stirred awake and yawns, stretching his arms up high.

"Mido, you're awake now!" He hugs me but I wince a bit at the contact to my torso, probably sore from being stretched so much and now being released. (I don't know how stomachs return to normal after birth but I'm sure he isn't fine right after-)

"What happened? The last thing I remember was going into labor and then it's all blank..." he stares at the thin sheet placed over his legs and at the hospital gown he was dressed in.

"Well..." he holds his hand again, "you passed out from the pain while trying to perform an anal birth so they had to give you a c-section. They put the mask on you and everything to try and keep you asleep. I told them I needed to be next to you so I put on a mask and some goggles so I wouldn't have to see anything. Your son is currently being washed and put into a blanket." Izuku's eyes widen in delight at hearing the gender of his new child.

Quickly trying to get up Izuku turns to get off the bed, but Kaminari stops him. "You should keep resting, I'll go get the nurse to bring your kid in." He yawns again, clearly still tired and stands up.

"Hey Kami?" A small voice says from the bed. The blond turns back to look at him, waiting. "Thank you." He nodded and walked off to go find the nurse.

Izuku fully sits up, adjusting the thin pillow he was given, he looks to the side and finds his phone, so many messages! A lot of them were just happy birthing day! And funny things like that, his mother wrote him a long paragraph about how she is so happy to be a grandmother and can't wait to meet the baby. But before he could message her back saying it went well, Kami came back in followed by a nurse holding a bundle of blankets.

She carefully hands him to him, moving Izuku's hands so he was supporting the child well, and she takes a step back as the little freckled baby yawns. He opens his eyes and Izuku is filled with joy at seeing his new jade eyed, freckled baby son. He started to tear up at how cute he was.

But then a little tuft of hair came out from under the blanket.

It curled up at the end similar to how Izuku's hair looks when he just wakes up after showering at night. But it wasn't Izuku's hair, it was ash blond. Izuku's hand instinctively pushes the blanket back a bit more to reveal he had all ash-blond hair, it was very thin but he could tell some parts of it were spiking up. Breathing heavily he quickly grabs his own mouth to cover up any whimpers he might release. The nurse quickly grabs the baby from his arm before he could fall and cradles the bundle of innocence. Denki quickly sat on the bed and held Izuku's shoulders.

"Mido? Hey Mido, breathe with me, okay? Calm down, just breathe." Izuku's heavy breaths slowly started to calm down after a while, the electric man hugging him to try and comfort him more. When his breathing was back to normal he slowly lifted Izuku's chin to look at him. "It's okay."

Izuku mumbled out fines and okays to him and started just crying a bit into his omega friend's chest. The taller rubbing his back. "Midoriya, can you tell me what's wrong?" He asks once the greenette calmed down enough to probably speak normally.

"W-whats wrong is that... is that he reminds me of Kacchan..." confused the blond tries to urge him to continue talking. The nurse quietly bowed out and brought the child back to the room full of newborns.

"Isn't that a good thing? You know who your soulmate-"

Izuku cut him off from his sentence and cried a bit more, "he can't be! He can't be my soulmate! Not after what he's done to me for years!" Kaminari slowly rubs his back calming him down once more.

"I thought you two made up and we're on better terms after your fight last year at ground Beta." But his attempts were futile as the small male cried more.

"That's what he made me say! All Might is forcing me to accept his fake apology, but there's no way he's sorry for what he's done to me. I would never accept him as my soulmate, even if we were the last people on earth I wouldn't let him be my alpha." His sobs resonated throughout the hospital room, luckily a sound proof room as to not disturb any other patients.

Kaminari's eyes light up with an idea, crazy since he usually doesn't have those. "What if you gave the baby to the teachers? It's up for adoption, and I overheard Aizawa talking to Mic about wanting to have another kid. And if you want to meet him when he's a bit older, you can."

Izuku's cries halted for a minute, it wasn't a bad idea. "O-okay..." was all he could say before falling asleep in the omega's arms. Desperate to get some sleep of his own, Kaminari hugs him in the small hospital bed, resting his eyes from his own screaming child.

Yup, this still ended a bit fluffy, I'm sorry for those multishipper hearts who love Kamideku. Also, rare pair with Kami cuz I feel like it. You'll meet his daughter next time~
