THE HADE'S SECRET

HANNAH FINDS OUT

“:Hannah!” “ I knew you were part of the Croods family.” said Ruby getting up slowly. She felt
dizzy and fell down again. “ Crood?”” That is your family name?” added Katy laughing
hysterically “Crood!”Max and Amanda mocked as they continued laughing.”shut up or I'll have
my family put a curse on you guys too,” said Hannah furiously. The three teens were frightened
as they ran towards Ruby helping her up. Hannah was walking towards them with a weird
device in her hands as soon as Ruby got up, Hannah opened the device and threw it towards
Ruby and ran out of the room.The four teens looked at each other with a worried look as they
saw the device, it began to beep louder they understood it was a bomb “ take cover!”yelled Max
as he grabbed a small table and placed it in front of the girls they all bent down and shut their
eyes tightly waiting for the bomb to explode, after a few minutes passed and they didn't hear
anything they looked up to see the cellar full of fire and they were inside some sort of bubble. As they turned around, they saw Ruby with bright red eyes, floating in the air as her hands were
facing them. “it was Ruby she caused some sort of forcefield to protect us.” Max said as he ran
towards Ruby and grabbed her hand, she looked into his eyes for a few seconds then slowly
came down and fell on her knees. Amanda and Katy watched from a distance, they were
frightened of what had just happened, they were in shock.
As the bubble faded away they came to their senses and ran towards her, “are you okay Ruby”
asked Amanda, “I’m fine.!” replied Ruby getting up and brushing herself off. “ oh no! We are in
big trouble.” said Katy in a serious tone, after hearing this the teens looked up all at once and
looked at the direction Katy was pointing,they saw a small fire and as time passed quickly it
began to grow. One of the teachers noticed some smoke and immediately called the fire
department.The police and ambulances gathered around as everyone was safely taken to their
homes except for the four teens,they disappeared, Amanda, Katy, Max and Ruby found their
way and escaped through a smaller tunnel inside the hidden tunnel, jumped on their bikes and
rode off to their tree house. there Ruby fell to the floor of the tree house,with a furious look on
her face.” Hannah!” she said staring at the three teens with hate and anger in her eyes,”I can't
wait till i get my hands on her.” she added.”she’s gonna wish she was never born.” continued
Ruby with the scariest expression on her face, her eyes were bright red as the color of fire.
“Calm down you're scaring us.” said katy in a soft voice full of fear.”everyone relax! we will
think of something we just have to focus.” said Max “yeah we need a plan.” stated Amanda “if
Hannah tells anyone or if she calls the police, the government will surely find Ruby and we will
lose her and not to mention our best friend.” she added. They all agreed as they didn't have much time, they had to come up with something good. “How about we blend in and just act as if
we were not there, act as if we don't know what happened. I mean nobody saw us there, we
could get away with it right guys?”stated katy, they all agreed. Next morning everyone gathered
at Ruby's house as normal and headed to school. Upon reaching there, they noticed a crowd of
students with their parents pointing and staring at the burnt down school.
