THE HADE'S SECRET

THE BUTLER

Amanda turned around only to see a tall man staring at him he wore a black and white tux, with
brown wide eyes gazing on her, she felt as if his satire could pierce a whole in her. she then
looked on the left side of his suit, it had a name tag" Robert" she said "he must work here" she
thought. "I have been looking all over for you, the boss said if you see Robert. tell him that the
bathroom has flooded again!" said amanda in an orderly tone, she thought she would get away
with acting like a worker in the house.
"oh! not again! please..... can’t you do it. plus i haven't seen you working all day." reply Robert
with a concerned look. "i....i...um.. I would but you see the boss gave me some important
business to handle outside so i'm leaving right away, by the way he said your name specifically."
said Amanda trying her best not to break character. "fine" replied Robert with a disgusted look
on his face. saying this he headed towards the bathroom but then he thought "I am the only one
working here." he froze at his spot then headed back yelling "hey!! you !! how did you get here??" he ran after Amanda as she dashed her way out, grabbing Katy and Max with her. all
three teens ran out quick with the butler chasing them till the door.
"don't look back guys run as fast and far as you can "yelled Amanda breathless, she kept
pausing because she was breathing heavily, all three of the teens were. they stopped at there
treehouse and turned around to check if they were being followed." thank god no one followed
us,"exclaimed Max with fright " what if they caught us and gave us to the cops?" he asked. "
yeah Amanda sometimes you make us do the craziest things.. ughhh!!!" added Katy a's she
climbed in the tree house followed by Amanda and Max,they sat down to rest, but the moment
they laid down they saw a shadowy figure right on top staring down at them.
Amanda, Max and Katy screamed, as they got up in a jurk. "waowwww!" said a girl staring at
them in a worried look in her eyes."calm down i just came to say hi!" she added. "how did you
get here i saw you in the Hades house.!!" screamed a]Amanda " your a Hades?" questioned
Max keeping his distance from her. "how did you get here so quickly!" added Katy, Max was just
mesmerized by the girls looks, all he could do was stare at her and think..." will she go out with
me!" Max had heart shaped eyes just staring at the girl and literally drooling. " im Ruby... Ruby
Hades." she said " I followed you guys here." she added, everyone was quite for a while then
Ruby continued "what were you guys doing in my house anyways?" she asked with a
questioned look at her face. the three teens face expressions changed from shock to fear "we...
we...we weren't in your house." replied Katy as scared as a chicken. " i followed you guys here.
so don't try to lie." replied Ruby looking at them as her eyes began to turn red with anger."I don't
like it when people lie to me" she added "ok you got us! we wanted to be friends with you so we
decided to drop by your house and introduce ourselves to you so we snuck in." said Amanda "right guys?" she added with a huge and nervous smile across her face, then she hit Katy and
Max with her elbows and they began to nod too."hmmm.... okay?" said Ruby you do know i
knew you guys were there the whole time right I could literally hear you two making noises
outside"she added pointing her index finger towards Max and Katy, they both looked as if they
were going to explode with embarrassment.
" so what do you guys do for fun around here?" questioned Ruby trying to change the subject
and be as friendly as possible. " well we.... we ride our bikes up the hill a lot since we basically
live there." replied Amanda "it's pretty fun you should totally come with us!"added Max with a
blushed smile."sure why not! I get bored in that old house anyways." said Ruby " lets go guys
come on Ruby lets show you around." said Max grabbing her hand and heading out the tree
house Amanda and Katy followed behind. they all got on there bikes as ruby jumped on Max's
bike and rode off towards the hill as they rode they showed Ruby around, pointed out what
places were good for eating, what shops were cool and showed her there houses. Ruby
enjoyed it alot, to her it felt like freedom from being trapped inside that old house for days, she
let out a smile as the fresh wind blew on her face it was nothing like were she came from, there
all you could see was trash and dirt everywhere. at the end of the tour all four teens got ice
cream cones and headed back towards their homes. they all went to first drop ruby home then
headed back to there own houses " goodnight ruby. see you tomorrow at school?" Max said with
a questioned look. " yup i'll be there. goodnight" she said to everyone as she let out a giggle
then headed home.
