Denny's

It was always so cold in the mornings

The fresh air hitting childe's face, it stung against his sore weary eyes

But the sting in his chest hurt more

One that swallowed him to his core, down to his stomach and feet

The scent of morning dew was never something he thought he would mourn

A dew that now stayed despite the rain being over, Childe felt as if he was the dew

Lemon had stayed over at Jeans

Jean was always a level headed person, accompanied by her gf, Lisa who was just as wise, and would probably be a felon without Jean, but that's besides the point

It was just then when they heard ABBA's dancing queen playing in the parking lot

Lemon knew that song from anywhere

It was their and childe's song

From when lemon asked out childe in the malls Taco Bell after childe had shit himself

He said yes of course

"LEMON!" Childe cried out from his car- making his way to his daddy girl boss

Stepping over zhongli's body on the ground with his platform heels

"BABY" lemon announced back to beloved

They embraced once again

For what felt like an eternity

An eternity they knew now, that wanted to spend together

"What are you doing here childe?!" How did Childe even find them

"I used the gps I have tracked on u babe to find u and tell u that I choose u, it's always been you"

Tears swelling in their eyes, lemon could barely contain themselves

" there's never been anyone other than you" lemon said back, their forehead touching as Childe kneeled down to make that possible

Zhongli was dying or something

Suddenly, Childe felt the same pain that morning

What he thought was his heartbreak- was actually contractions

Childe was going into labor

"AH- lemon- I'm pregnant, and I think the baby's coming"

Chide now layed in bed, the doctors assessing him

Lemon could only pray to the twink in the sky to make sure everything was okay

Soon they heard wails

The sound of babies

Lemon rushed as soon as they saw the nurse gave the okay, leading them into the room

There sat Childe, holding a pair of twins with blonde hair and eyes

"Childe- why are they blonde-" lemon questioned

"Babe, I have another confession, I slept with dansielf back at that trip in Rio"

Childe said, looking away

"Oh Childe, Ik u love me only.I'll kill him like I did with zhongli"

Zhongli still was dead at the Denny's parking lot still

Childe gasped, tears rising, embracing lemon

"Of course girl boss"

And lemon would stay his girl boss, their rest of their lives
