It's said betrayal hurts people, but being betrayed by someone whom you call family nearly kills the soul. For Manik , Fab 5 was his family in all means except blood , but Nandini was his soul , hearing Dhruv's question , Nandini knew Manik was on a cross-road .
The green room escapade was fresh like a newly bloomed flower in Nandini's mind , it has been nearly six hours since the demand Dhruv placed infront of Manik . The memory of Manik's shocked face when Dhruv told him to choose . She remembered the whole scene play infront of her eyes as she toss from left to right on her bed .
" What... What are you... saying buddy ? " She remembered how bad Manik shuttered not getting that the person whom he calls family really wanted him to choose between his family and his heart.
" Very simple words Manik and a very simple choice , either her or us . " She remembered how sly a smile Dhruv sent towards her saying this , challenging her that there is no way Manik is going to choose her , but the tight grip on her palm was telling her an opposite thing .
She closed her eyes trying to find some peace to sleep as it was nearly around 2-3 am , but how can she sleep when she knows what Manik must be going through . The pain must be stabbing in his heart to death . Sighing she just got up from her bed and moved to get settled near the window seating and got settled looking out of the window where she saw the lonely pavement , where she had the memory of the night of Musicana where Manik came to meet her at night and hugged her tight like he didn't wanted to leave her and the next day was when he left her for Dhruv .
Her heart pang remembering that day , it was not easy for both of them but she knew what Manik was going through at that time when she didn't even wanted to see him due to his betrayal .
" Buddy you can't do this . " She remembered the pain in Manik's voice , that even fab3{Cabir , Mukti and Aliya }, Navya and Arayaman felt pity on him . Fab3 tried to speak to Dhruv but it looked like Dhruv was very adamant for his decision .
" Let's do this Manik , I give you 18 hours to make your choice , if you can't choose us , we will find out that you only considered us because you were lonely that time , and now you have Nandini with you which means you don't need us . " Dhruv's words ranged in her ears , how could he say that? Manik's world revolve around FAB5 , she knew how he could tell her stories about how fab5 was formed and a genuine smile would always linger .
" You... You don..don't mean it . " The shutters of Manik were fresh in her mind , he was never seen so vulnerable to her or any other . But she didn't think that shutters affected Dhruv much. He just told him he meant every word he said and then he left the green room signaling Aliya to follow him and after giving Manik a head of the time limit he had . Aliya left saying a small apology to Manik while Manik just stumbled on his legs falling on the ground .
