Beloved

Chapter 3

I heard a chuckle, a dark one. I looked around and found myself in a forest. What was happening? I ran away from the whispers that were begining to surround me. They were following me. Why?

"So many questions, little one." I stopped and stared at those red eyes that were from the same person who was laughing when this mad dream started.

"Who are you?" I asked. The voice started to giggle as I began to run again. There was no light, only darkness. 

"You." The shadows and the red eyes began to merge with each other. A scream came out from the creature that was beggining to take a shape. White fangers could now be seen and they formed a smirk. A devil one. "Don't be afraid of yourself."

I woke up screaming and suddenly got myself caught up on a deadly embrace. A protective one. I realised I was crying. My life that I once knew was over and I was now a vampire, a pureblood. I had a beloved, and he was the king. I was the soon to be queen of an entire race and I didn't know what to do. All my insecurities came crushing me in the speed of light.

That dream made me afraid of myself. Was that owner's voice even a vampire? It looked like a monster. The one that crawls under your bed and wants to see you dead.

"What happened?" asked the only person in the world that could calm me down at any time only by standing by my side. His arms didn't for even one second let me go. He spinned me and I was facing him.

"A nightmare, a really bad one" I shook my head trying to forget but I couldn't, those eyes were pure evil and the voice said it was me! I heard a crashing sound and looked around seeing that the windows were now all cracked. "I did that?" I gasped.

"Yes, my love" he stated squeezing me under his embrace.

"H-hey!" I tryed to get away from him but in response he only looked at me with amusement in his eyes. His lips soon turning into a smirk. 

"Give me a kiss" he says as if were nothing to him.

I look at him shocked at his demand and remember the kiss he gave while passing out the night before.

"Y-you already kissed me yesterday!" I state trying not to blush too much. Twice if I counted with the time he gave me his blood using that delicious lips. Oh my god, why was I thinking?! My fangs started to ache again and I felt my eyes getting red.

"Hungry, Elizabeth?" The way he said my name was making me shiver. I liked the sound of my name in his lips. 

I looked away ashamed of my desires for him. I just met him, right? I couldn't desire him like I was. It was wrong, and I was afraid he didn't feel the same way towards me. 

"Don't ever look away from me, Elizabeth" he growled piercing my earlobes with his teeth. I moaned and turned to look into his eyes that were clearly showing dark emotions such as desire and lust. "Feed" He ordered and I did the only thing I could, I pierced his neck with my pointed canines. He grabbed me tighter and as soon as I finished he let me go reluctant. "I will be gone for some hours, love" I nodded with a sad expression. "Missing me already?" I blushed but continued to look into his eyes.

He got up from the bed and I had the chance to look in his well defined muscles that were showing off. I almost let a drowl fall from my mouth. He was a god.

"Take your time exploring our castle, my queen" He started putting his clothes on and he was starting to look like a Dark Knight that kidnapped a princess from her kingdom. "Just take care, I will be back as soon as I can" He was now in my front and before I could blink he gave a kiss in my forehead.
