Jeremy's P.O.V

Mike grumbled as he dragged me out of the pizzeria, Does he seem that angry? Or that worried?

I lowered my head, my cheeks burning from pink. Well..At least someone finally cares about me... His pace was going fast, I tried to keep up but I didn't want to make him more angry.

I brushed my bangs away from my bruised purple eye, I hummed a soft tune, it was sorta like a lullably that my mother used to sing. Before the incident.

After all the awkwards silence went by, Mike huffed then asked

"So, I guess you like singing?" He chuckled but he didn't turn to face me, i scratched the back of my head my lips in a smile.

"M-My mother used to s-sing that to me.." I told him,i fiddled with my fingers slightly trying to keep the silence from coming back. Mike didn't respond after i said that all he did was asked me where I lived, somehow he figured it out because he pointed that he lived a few blocks from me.

"This house right?" He asked, i nodded pulling my collar up covering my mouth up. The sound of yelling was heard from inside, I guess Dad's 'lady' left him; By the way he's yelling I could tell she ditched him hard.

Mike kicked down the door, then stomping inside, i followed after seeing my father on couch sittin straight up, a beer bottle in his hand.

"Who the hell are you?" My father asked sharply, a few hiccups coming out of him. He soon found me hiding behind Mike then chuckled.

"Well, i guess you've found my son." He pointed towards me, then growled signalling me to sit right next to him, I've wished I had not listened but without caution I walked up to him, then sitting beside him. My nose twitched as i caught a big smell of his alcohol breathe. It stinked so bad...

"If he's your son then how the hell did he get a big bruise under his eye?" Mike asked, walking closer to him. I lowered my head until my father pinched my leg hard, I whimpered my body trembling.

"He got it when he fell down the stairs.." My father said shifting his gaze towards me.

You better not lie.

"Y-yeah...I f-fell..." I swallowed hard as a small smile creeped onto my face,Mike glared at me he wanted a better reason. Slowly i stood up and walked up to Mike, he whispered in my ear

"Jere, It's okay. Besides I'm about to give a beating to your old man." Mike growled his fists tightening, he charged towards my dad, but as soon I ran up to him, my mind went blank..I fell onto the floor. My stomach hurting slowly.

"Jeremy! I told you to not move!" Mike shouted, running towards me picking my head up from the ground. My eyelids was shutting, a red liquid flowed down my lip to my chin,I looked up seeing my father chuckling.

"That's what you get for being weak."

Weak...I'm just a piece of trash...If my mother was here, i would just sob onto her shoulder.

I gripped my head, my mind was pounding. A lullably filled my head, Like the marionnette's tune but it was way slower and steady.

Kill him!

He used you!

Kill him now!

"I can't..." I mumbled, the blood fell onto my tongue. It tasted good somehow..I stood up and turned to my father he smirked seeing the blood on my nose.

"She didn't deserve a bastard like you.."

"What was that? I didn't hear you." I gripped onto my sleeve brushing my bangs away from my eyes.

"I SAID MOM DIDN'T DESERVE A BASTARD LIKE YOU!" I growled, my teeth scraping my bottom lip.

"She died because she was a bitch! She never deserved to live anyway!" I snapped inside, children voices were whispering again, my mother didn't deserve to die. I lost her right before my eyes and i regret for not being able to stop him.

With that, my father fell onto the floor, the carpet starting to get dirtied with blood. A knife crashed onto the floor, My hands trembled.

"M-Mike.." My gaze went to Mike, who was looking at me. His sweater was dirtied a bit but I didn't pay mind, I stood up from my knees. My body was shaking, My eyes were getting filled with tears.

"Jeremy...Don't c-cry, I'm so sorry for do-" My sobs filled the room, as so did my hiccups that followed it.  I tightly hugged Mike, a smile formed on my face when we parted. He ruffled my hair then saw my father's dead body on the red covered carpet.

"Should we leave or just or call the police?" Mike asked, his hand on my shoulder feeling how tensed i was.

"Leave."

"What?"

"Leave him to die. I d-don't want to see him..not anymore." I stated, i held up a phone throwing it to Mike, He catched it and smirked.

"We should leave. I'll call later," Mike smiled at me, I returned the smile.

"M-Mike..where am I gonna stay?" I asked him, he just sighed and chuckled.

"With me of course." Wait! I'll be staying with Mike..also with Doll but I didn't really care about her, Mike grinned then pointing upstairs.

"What? You're just gonna leave your clothes and shit upstairs? Go get it Jere." I laughed, i heard worst from Mike's mouth but i was getting used to his cursing since he cursed at the animatronics plenty of times. I went upstairs, grabbing some clothes and toothbrush. Especially..That photo.

I came back downstairs, I saw Mike scratching his head. My eyes watched seeing he had some scars, I could see that he was trying to hide it from me.

"I-I'm ready," I said to him, peeking out my head my smile beaming, holding my clothes in my arms. Mike nodded, We both left the house as we walked down sidewalk then stopped. Mike's house looked so much better than to compare. Mike walked to the door, getting the keys he told me Doll wasn't home, she had to go out and shop for stuff.

Before we could get inside i gripped onto his his shoulder, he took his attention to me.

"T-Thank you...Mike." I smiled sniffling he smiled ruffling my hair once more.

"Your welcome."

WAS THIS GOOD? Can you guy give me ideas for he next chapter, today was Mike's and Jere's last day at work so I feel like writing about Doll. Also if you don't know who Doll is she's an AU character from Rebornica's AU. Even though they left the fandom I'll support her ofc .
