His light snores drowned out the silence as you combed through his hair.
"I found an apartment." You spoke to him softly as he shifted on your lap. "The rent isn't high, it's pretty new. And it's so nice."

You stroked his cheek and he shivered from your cold hands. "Sorry. I miss you these days." You whispered over him.

You look over his face. Strands of hair covering his eyes. His new piercings still red and healing. You wanted to kiss him. Tell him that you love him. Never let him go.

Your dreams got more frequent however they were always the same. He would disappear in the middle of the night and never come back to you.

~~~~~
A couple weeks later...
"Hurry up. I need to know how all of this shit is gonna fit in the closets."
"That's more than enough for you baby." He carried another box in, setting it to the side as you unpacked the bedroom.
"You know what this means Niragi? Our own apartment?"
"I can finally hear how pretty your moans are."
"Shut up. It means we are officially adults and I can start working."
"No."
"No?"
"What part of I can take care of you do you not understand?" He smiled, pecking your lips quickly.
"Well what the hell am I supposed to do while you're gone?"
"I don't know."
You sucked your teeth, starting on another box.
"Maybe I'll ask Kai to take me somewhere." You mumbled.
"I'll kill him." He lit a cigarette. "See any motherfucker you want, except him."
"Well at least he wants to be around me! Niragi you barely tell me you love me anymore." Tears brimmed your eyes.
"You know I love you. I've been telling you for a long ass time." He tossed the cigarette out and leaned against the wall. "I was-" He looks down at his hands.
"You were what?"
"I was planning to do this tomorrow but-" He looks up at you. "Hold on. Just give me a minute." He started ripping boxes open, pulling out his jackets and checking the pockets.
He pulled a hoodie out, smiling when he felt something in the pocket. He pulled out a velvet box, opening it in front of you.
"Is it-"
"Yes."
"You want me to-"
"Mhmm." He smiled as your tears fell. "Marry me?"
"Yes god yes." You took the ring sliding it on your finger.
His smile widened as you wrapped your arms around his neck. "Come on baby. I'm sweaty." He rested a hand on the small of your back.
"I don't care bitch we're getting married." You laughed.
"Oh. Look." You pointed outside as fireworks went off in the sky. "Did you plan that too?"
"No. But it helps I guess." He smiled, pecking your lips.
"Ooh, We should get dinner from that Thai place across the street." You cup his face.
"I'll go get it right now princess." He kissed you quickly.
"I love you."
"I love you too."
~~~~~

"Hello, I placed an order for pick up." He nodded to the lady as she handed him his bag.
"Have a good day!" She waved as he left the store. He looked into the bag and shook his head.

"Excuse-" He looked around the store. "Hello?" Everyone that was there just a second ago, wasn't. He looked into the bag again and shrugged. "I'm sure she bought paper towels or something."

He left the store again looking around the area.
"Was it this empty before?" He looked around mumbling to himself.

When he arrived back at the apartment, he sat the food on the counter.
"Y/N, I'm back." He yelled into the space.
"Y/N!" He pulled his container out. "You hear me?"

No answer. Not even a creak of the floor as if you were walking to him.

"Baby? Whatever you're playing is not funny!" He looked around the house, peeking into every room.

He pulled out his phone. No signal and it was practically dead.

~~~~~
"What is taking him so damn long?" You pulled out your phone, calling his. It sent you to voicemail every time.
You called your dad.
"Hey. You guys all moved in?"
"He was supposed to go get us food. He's been gone for an hour dad."
"How far is the place y/n?"
"I can see it from my window! I'm not blowing shit out of proportion!"
"Okay, alright."
You heard him shuffle over the phone.
"You called him."
"Like twenty times. He left me dad."
"No. He didn't. He wouldn't."
"Dad we just got engaged an hour ago. And he left!"
"No man would walk out right after getting engaged sweetheart."
"Just wait for him."
