Word spread around, and when Tybalt came across the horrible news about what was happening to his cousin, he rapidly came back, making sure she was not yet in trouble.
His blue eyes searched for the appearance of the most beautiful lady ever acknowledged when entering the public market which was already partly damaged.
Not witnessing any sight of beloved Juliet was a blessing on itself, noticing the despising look of Mercutio and his devil of a friend cause of the worry.
Tybalt always has had an envy side filled with hatred and despise toward people who deserved it in his point of view. If he lost his outrageous temper now he knew the whole effort would blew.
Yet he did not care.
Merchandisers went off to the safe side of town as Tybalt approached Romeo and Mercutio, Benvolio appearing from behind a gown.
"Montague!" Tybalt spat with malice, directly drawing out his silver shining sword.
Romeo turned around, only to be faced with Tybalt's glare of accusing and his shimmery sword slightly punched against his chest. Mercutio held a strong hold onto his own weapon of defend whilst glaring to Tybalt with a warning glare as Romeo's hands were pushing away the sharp tip that could kill him with one slit.
"No need to seek a fight." Benvolio stated.
"Too bad I noticed the fright." Tybalt told them, eyeing the peasants, as if seeking a fight was truthfully pleasant.
"Not quite." Mercutio forcefully fired back, drawing out his own silver sharpened sword.
Swords smashed against each other, creating unbearable ear-breaking sounds each time the sharpen swords crashed to each other. Threatening to kill one along further. But one of the two would spit up blood and dig into the mud, the question remaining is who as the fight turned into a battle, as other people surrounding them started a quarrel.
Tybalt clenched his jaw as his swords hit Mercutio as a poisoned claw. He full forced dig the sword deeper into his wounded flesh, blood started gushing out as the scent of blood was still fresh. One groan left Tybalts mouth as Benvolio's eyes grew wide and pulled Romeo on the arm to witness what just happened.
"No!" Romeo drew out the word in a scream, wishing all of this was just one horrible dream.
He rushed himself to shelter what was still alive of his friend. Benvolio closely following on the other end. "None of this was ever meant!" Romeo cried out, tears spilling out of his swollen eyes turning bloodshot.
He knelt down against Mercutio's side, pulling everything out to not let him die, but Mercutio was already confirmed to be a dead man, where there is no backup plan.
"Where I will go, that is the question laying beneath the darkness of the deep." Mercutio declared, as dullness lurked in his eyes, which were his last words he shared.
Dark red blood welled out of Mercutio's starving body, as the leftover people dropped their weapon, while Tybalt smirked with certain venom.
