What We Can Do Can Surprise Us

Previously On WillBrennan7’s The Walking Dead…

“We’re just stuck on chains, as slaves” Anthony says as Melville burns. Jack is shot in the neck, as Adam shouts “NO” as Marie is shot down. “Sherri’s in labor” Carly says, as Sherri looks at her baby. “I’m Todd” says Todd, as he, Gwen, and Hannah are hidden by the walkers on chains. “I’m as real as anything around you” Cole says, as Sherri walks off with Don and Scott, and Anthony says “We’re forced to walk the Earth.”

 

 

        “I was in a big group. There were about twenty people in the group. However, a herd took most of them, and then bandits took the rest. I barely got out alive. That’s why I hate men like those we encountered the other day.” Anthony walked down a road, with Adam at his side. Todd was behind them speaking to Gwen and Hannah.

          “I found out those walkers protected me after that happened” said Todd, as they walked through a large town. “Are you ever afraid it’ll just stop working?” Gwen asked. “No” said Todd. “Because, the rotten smell doesn’t disappear from the walkers.”

           “Guys” Anthony said. “Shut up.” A walker had emerged, and he stepped forward and stabbed it in the head. “You guys have to be quiet” he said. “We’re not safe, we never are.” “Hey” said Hannah. “He’s telling us about what he was up to.”

          “Well, he can tell you when we find a shelter” said Anthony. “But, we won’t survive out here if we aren’t quiet. After losing everyone in Melville, we changed. But, now, if we lose someone, we’ll never be the same again. So, shut up, for once.”

              Anthony turned and walked off, followed by Adam and Todd, as Hannah stopped, fury boiling inside of her. Gwen looked at her and asked “What’s up?” “You have to do something about him” she said. “There’s something going on inside, and it makes me worried. He could blow up and hurt someone, so we you have to talk to him, before it’s too late.” Hannah walked off, as Gwen felt worry go through her.

(Cue Walking Dead Intro Music)

 

                 “Hello my little nephew.” Baby Christian lied on a blanket, as Don smiled down at him, and Sherri looked over and smiled. Christian was smiling and laughing as Don began to play peek a boo with him, and Sherri smiled. “I see you have a fan” she said, smiling.

                 Don looked over and said “I guess I’ve always had a way with baby’s. Besides, I’m gonna make this kids life as good as I can, ‘cause growing up in this world will be tough for him.” “Well” said Sherri. “When we find the others, our big group will be like a family to him.” Don nodded, before picking Christian up.

                “There’s a town coming up” said Scott. “We can find shelter there, and some formula for Christian.” “Good” said Sherri. “He’ll be starving soon.” Don handed Sherri the baby, and began to lead the way down the road.
