Lizzo's POV

We were sitting in the grand dining room of my multimillion dollar California home sipping glasses of pinot noir, six glasses later we began to get hungry.

Taylor: "You want pasta?"

Lizzo: "You want spaghetti? Let's get spaghetti."

As we ate our spaghetti we were like, "We're so naughty"

And we just fuck it up and we eat the whole pot, put some parmigiano reggiano on there. Mmm.

We make our way out through the giant glass doors to my backyard. You know, take our clothes off. Skinny dip in the pool. And then we're in the pool together, and then there's blue lights in the pool and it's lighting up her face. She looks beautiful. It's lighting up my face, I look beautiful.

We both look at each other and there's a moment between us and we kinda pause.
And were like, "Wait. Us? We? Is this a thing?"

Her thigh grazes along mine. It's an accident. But... we like it.
Secretly no one says anything. There's goosebumps, tingles. I'm sitting.

Lizzo: "Maybe we should get out?"

Taylor: "Yeah, we should get out. Right? This is crazy."

The starlight raining down, and her blonde tresses pooling in her décolletage.

Taylor: "I've never done this before."

I wanna ask what, but in my mind I know what it is.
Her lips are stained cherry red, I have a brown lip liner on and some lip gloss from the beauty supply. We're inching closer towards each other; we don't even realize it.

Slowly, nervously, but...excitedly, she puts her hand on my shoulder. The tips of her fingers clasp around the nape of my neck. She pulls me in closer.

Taylor: "Is this okay?"

She's the queen of consent.
I say nothing.

Lizzo: "Bitch, say less."
