Alahbaad(Uttar Pradesh) - Rajkumar Gupta work's an engineer in a construction company near allahbaad city where he met a local girl name shanti. Shanti Tyagi an orphan, a self-respecting middle-class secretary. She falls in love with Raj, Raj wholeheartedly loves shanti and express his desire to marry her.
On other hand Raj's boss seth Deendayal impressed with his work ethics. Seth Deendayal express his desire to get his daughter, kamini, married to him and make him a partner.
Raj and shanti are in love, and hope to marry soon.
One day Raj brings his love story to his mother's attention. Raj introduce shanti to his mom but Raj's mother does not approve of shanti, as she is poor. Raj's mother has bigger ambition for him. She immediately disapproves as she has plans for him to marry his employers daughter, kamini. Raj's mother is jublient at the opportunity she has already has a plans for him to marry kamini, who comes from wealthy family.
Raj's mom told him about Seth Deendayal's proposal. She finally convinces her son to agree to the proposal. Raj gives in to his mother's wish and agreed to marry kamini.
On day Raj goes to wish goodbye to shanti. Raj told shanti about his mom's plan to marry kamini, his boss's daughter. That changes life of shanti, that time she is expecting a child from Raj but after Raj's confession she did not tell him about his child.
After Raj walks off from shanti's life she leaves the city and endures many hardships to bring up her illegitimate son sidharth. She brings him up to be a strong and confident man. She confides her life story to him. Shanti has told her story to sidharth and expects him to avenge her humiliation and sidharth agrees to do so. Sidharth promises his mother to avenge her carnage. After shanti passes away, sidharth begins his vendetta and vengeance against the Gupta family.

Akshay (sidharth's friend) - Sidharth ! Tum kya karne jaa rahe ho, jis raaste me tum jaa rhe ho waha tumhari jaan ko khatra bhi ho sakta hai. Tumhe marne se darr nahi lagta kya sidharth ?
Sidharth - "Jisne 25 baras apni maa ko har roz thoda-thoda marte dekha ho use maut se kya darr lagenga."
Akshay - Sidharth tu yeh sab kyu kar raha hai ?
Sidharth - "Mujhe kisi se apni maa ke Aansuo ka hisaab lena hai."
