The characters will stay the same as in the drama. I do not own any of these characters and the story is a product of my imagination and was inspired from the drama Love O2O.
For those who have not watched the drama, I will provide the characters here. I advise to watch the drama Love O2O because it has a lot of the plot, background story, and most of the story I am writing about. Of course, no reader will be forced to watch the drama, and it is fine to read the book without watching the drama.
Also, I have been informed and know about the female lead Zheng Shuang's scandal. I believe that the drama and overall the book has very little relationship with the actress herself. The book portrays Bei Wei Wei, and is only acted by Zheng Shuang. I take Zheng Shuang as the characters description and outer look/ appearance. If wanted, Bei Wei Wei can also be acted from the movie, and have the outer look/appearance as Angelababy or Yang Ying. I choose to have Zheng Shuang as Wei Wei because I am more familiar with her after watching the drama, and that gives me inspiration.
