Gilbert Sister

Chapter 5

Damon's POV
I just killed Elena's Sister! So I vamp speeded away before she could see anything. And Stefan jumped into the car and we drove off like nothing every happened. "Guys, we need to go back!Audrey's still in there!!" Elena cries. "She probably dead by now Elena I'm so sorry." I say covering up the fact that I killed Audrey.

Elijah's POV
I saw Audrey's lifeless body fall to the ground, I never usually feel guilt but for some reason I felt it as I was the one supposed to be killed not her. So I have her some of my blood, hoping it would do any good. I waited around for 5 minutes seeing if she would wake. I was losing hope until I heard a gasp.
"W-W-w hat happened?" The girl asked me.
"Damon Salvatore, meant to stake but he staked you instead." I said. "Does that mean I'm a vampire then?!" She looked confused. "Your not a vampire, my blood healed you." I reassured her. "Also, what is you name if I may ask." I say whilst smiling.

"Audrey, Audrey Gilbert." She said and She also returned the smile.

Audrey's POV
"I'm sorry I'm a bit confused." I say. "With what?" He looks at me puzzled. "Your trying to sacrifice my sister, yet your being nice to me." I say. "I'll explain what I plan on doing once we get back to mystic falls." Elijah says in a very ordering voice. "Okay, but I don't have a car so..." I say awkwardly. "No worries, we can just use mine." He says.

It was strange, I felt like I should've been scared of getting in a car with an 1000 year old vampire, that could kill me any moment but I wasn't. I felt safe around him. I get snapped back out of my thoughts when Elijah asks me "what are you thing about?"
I get a bit flustered"how I should be scared of you but I'm not." I say. He smiles

Elena's POV
I was really worried about Audrey as she hasn't come home yet, not to be rude but I think Damon and Stefan must've accidentally killed her. It sounds crazy but Stefan would never just leave someone behind.

I walked into my living room to speak with Stefan and Damon. But their faces were towards the window and were filled with shock. I decided to see what they were staring at and I saw it.... Audrey pulled up with ELIJAH?! How on earth is she not dead!!
