New kid

"C'mon Melody! It's freezing out here we need to go now!" Shawn yelled from outside the house.

" I'll be there in a minute I swear!" I yelled back. I starred carefully at my necklace and put it on. I took a quick glance in the mirror and ran downstairs to the car.

"What took you so long?" He chuckled.

"I was looking at the necklace that dad gave me and Aaliyah Mr.Viner now you need to hurry up." I giggled at the end.

We drove to school and not surprised Shawn got asked to take like 5 pictures as soon as he got out of the car and guess who had to take the pics?? Me like always. Its actually kinda hard to live the life as the sibling of someone considerably 'famous'. Everybody pretends like they're your friends in the beginning and just end up using you. It's pretty sad.

"Ok let's go now we are gonna be late to class Shawn." i pulled his arm. We walked I. The building and saw Sebastian. I said bye to shawn and went to talk to Seb.

"Hey sebas! How was DigiTour?"

"Amazing but I'll tell you more later we need to get to 1st period." He flung his arm on my shoulder. Yeah I know what you think. why am I in contact with 'famous' people. Well I honestly don't know why. I have known Sebastian since we were in the 6th grade even though he is one year younger than me he is pretty cool, Shawn is my brother and that's all there is to it.

Me and Seb walked into the art room and sat down next to each other. A new kid sat next to me and he seemed a bit awkward. He was cute but a little antisocial I can already tell.

I scoot a little closer to Sebastian gave him a little shove.
"Should we talk to him?" Whispered to him.
"I don't know you go see."

I sat up again and tapped on the new kids shoulder.

"Hey what's your name? Me and my friend were wondering." I told him politely. he didn't respond but he just looked at us. I could see there was about to be in awkward silence until Sebastian broke it.
"Hey, my name is Sebastian."

"I'm Melody... and you are?" I was hoping he would answer.

"I'm Chris." he said with his head down a little.
