Mark

OMG, she is gorgeous! I can't help but turn around during math to look at Kayley. I glance back again in hopes of seeing her when I hear my name being called from the front of the class. I look up to see Mr. Hader looking at me and pointing to the board. When I look at the board, I groan in frustration. That is probably the hardest question ever and he chooses me when I'm not paying attention! Behind me I hear giggling and I start to feel my face heating up when I realize it's Kayley. I feel someone trying to get my attention by kicking me and glance behind me to see Kayley holding a piece of paper. Discreetly, I take it. When I open it it says "the answer is 38". I repeat what I read and a look of surprise crosses over Mr. Hader's face. "Thank you," I whisper behind me.

"Your welcome," she whispers back. At the sound of her angelic voice, I feel a shiver of want pass through me. I feel my self harden at the thought of her mouth wrapped around me. I let out a small moan I hoped that she didn't hear. The rest of math class was the same as earlier and I kept glancing at her.

Lunch creeped up on me so fast I jumped when I heard the bell ring. I grabbed my books and used them to cover my... excitement as I weaved through the crowd to get to my locker. I made my way over to the cafeteria in hopes of getting good food before it was all taken when I saw something that made my blood boil at the sight of it. It looked like Kayley laughing at something Robert said.  I knew Robert liked her like me but I didn't know what she thought of him. I walked over to them trying to hide my conflicted feelings and greeted them. "Hey what's up?"

"Hey, how was math?" Robert replied.

I glanced at Kayley, who was hidden behind her hair, before replying, "Great. Kayley saved my ass when I was being bullyed by that idiot Mr. Hader."

Kayley

Robert is such a funny guy. He's a great guy considering he was adopted and he knows it. If it were me i would be depressed and search for them until I found my family. He's good looking too. Although, Mark was way better. But all during math class I saw him sneaking glances at the slut behind me, Mandy. I walk into class and see her surrounded by three guys and she's flirting with them all at the same time. She is so like that girl Amanda back home. I mean I get it she's pretty but why won't he even look at me? Is it because he thinks I'm ugly? When Mark walked up to Robert and I, I casually pulled my hair back completely absorbed in Mark.

"ley....KAYLEY!" I didn't realize Robert was trying to get my attention until I he screamed in my ear, effectivly getting my attention along with everyone else in the cafeteria. I felt a blush creeping up my face as I felt everyone's stares on my face.

"Shut up," I hissed at him. "What do you want?"

Robert chuckled before saying, "I was asking whether you wanted to come to fottball practice with me and Mark or head home with Abigail? We'll end up at Abigail's anyway since that's our hangout spot."

The thought of Mark running around sweaty was such an amazing picture, but I knew it would be wrong to ditch Abigail like that so I let them know I was going with Abigail. When I said that, Abigail started squeling and I had to cover my ears before I went deaf.

"We are going to have so much fun! Finally a girl my age who isn't a slut! When we get home I'm so going to do your nails! Oh, and -" I tuned her out, my thoughts going back home. I thought about Kelly, my best friend, who knowing her, probably stormed into my house demandig to kow where I was when I didn't show up at our meeting spot on time. She knows I'm never late, in fact, I'm always early. Shee probably thought up the worst -case scenario, thought up details and already planned out ways to 'rescue' me. All these these thoughts made me homesick. Until I remembered what my mom tried to do to me all because I was apparently 'old' according to society and this guys first wife already died with out giving birth. Seriously, it's like us women were brought there just to make babies.

I lost my train of thought when the bell shrieked in my poor ears, signaling that lunch was over. I looked at the others, waiting to hear who I had class with this time when Abigail stood up ad grabbed my arms dragging me away with the guys trailing behind as Abigail said, "you've got art  with all of us. I hope you your ready for war."

Wait...what!
