Kai's POV
Hello! My name is Kai Hiroto- or well..
Kai Oikawa! This is my part of the story of what happened to my parents.. my real parents. Not Pa, Kōushi or Dad, Tōru.. Kane Hiroto and Ayaka Hiroto (Yua).
First I just wanted to say that they were amazing parents! I mean they fought a bit but they always made up.
A few Years ago:
"Kai! What would you like for breakfast?" My mom asked me
"Mom.."
"Yes sweetie?"
"... stop acting like everything's ok.."
We were silent until my dad came in
"C'mon! Kōushi is coming here you know?"
"He's right sweetie!"
Knock knock
"Come in!"
My now pa Kōushi Sugawara came into my house smiling
"Heya kiddo! Hello Mr and Mrs. Hiroto!" He bowed
"Hello Kōushi!"
We spent all of our time together today.. today was execution day.. it means that since my parents "cause a crime" that's extremely bad, they must be executed separately
"OI ITS TIME!" A officer yelled
"Kai listen." My father started "you take care of mom.. try and run ok? Kōushi take care of these two.. for me.. please.."
Pa started crying and he nodded. My mom was in tears
"Kai.. don't you worry child.. see? Heaven's got a plan for you.. so don't you worry now.."
BOOM
He was shot with a cannon gun.. right in front of my eyes
"DAD"
The same thing happened with my mother months later
"Don't you worry now.. child.."
BOOM
"MOM!"
"HEY LET ME GO!"
Kōushi was dragged away. I was left alone.
"KAI RUN! FIND SOMEWHERE SAFE! PLEASE! YOU'RE YOUNG I KNOW BUT RU-"
"STOP THE KID!"
I ran.. I ran and ran. I had to sleep in the dark outside. Sometimes people took me in but then took me out of the house after. Soon I found Pa! And now I'm happy. But when bad things happen, it scares me. But that's ok because Dad and Pa know how to work things out!
