Y/n's lifeless body lost its balance and for support hugged Jungkook, her legs weakening with every second that passed, until Jungkook realised what had happened.
"Y-Y/n Y/n! Open your eyes!" He said in a low voice, anger clearly visible in his low voice ignoring all the screams of people hurdling out of the palace after seeing the future queen attacked
"Jimin! close the gates...the killer should not be able to leave the palace!" He said shouting at Jimin before taking you to your room in his arms where you would be treated.
The royal nurse and herbalist were called for y/n's treatment. Jungkook left that very instance ,rage all over him.
"Your Majesty we caught the killer before he could escape , General Jimin is bringing him" a guard said
A man was brought in...he wore simple clothes,a long scar on his face ,clearly portraying how scary the person looked but not more than the angry Jungkook
Jungkook was angry not because Y/n was hurt but because THE FUTURE QUEEN was hurt
The man had a smirk on his face
"You have a dead wish , dont you?" Jungkook asked
"Who has sent you?" He added
The man smirked
"Your Majesty I am a simple assassin and killer of town, who sent me? I can't tell ,it's not in my rules, but oh dear Crown Prince I pity you, your own family member is against you, and I must say you have a lovely wife , when she noticed me she exchanged places... funny isn't it? She does not deserve you..."
Before he could continue his head was on ground, blood all over. Jungkook's sword dipped with blood after slitting his throat.
"Jimin take his body away" Jungkook ordered
Jungkook was aware of the fact that the place which was called his home was filled with people against him.
He could not even trust his own step brother Jackson.They did not get along ,so Jungkook always preferred Jimin over Jackson.
He let out a heavy sigh. And waited in his room to hear that Y/n is awake.
Evening passed and finally Y/n was conscious
"Your Highness Her Majesty is awake" a maiden informed Jungkook
"How is she?" He asked
"It will be better if you go and see her yourself as she is not in a good condition."
"Hmm you may leave"

"W-where am I?" Y/n stated in a low voice
"Your Majesty you are finally awake" Jennie exclaimed
"Thank god you are conscious... I'll just inform everyone" Ryujin said
Y/n POV
I could feel a sharp pain in my right shoulder which was bandaged. I thought this was the end of it...but I woke again
Time passed, Jungkook's mother came to visit me, she told me how careful I had to be as the palace was full of enemies ready to conquer the throne.
Jungkook did not come...not even to thank me after I saved his life,maybe that was what he was. Not that I expected him to meet me..anyways I think it's better as I do not want to see him.
"Princess Y/n take care, we will be taking our leave now as it is quiet late." Said jennie ans Ryujin
"Yes go ahead, Good Night" I whispered
Soon the herbs had an effect on me and I drifted to sleep.

It was still midnight, I was sweating, it was again one of the dreams which made me wake up
My wound was bleeding again but I was not able to even touch it as the pain was stinging
Suddenly I heard footsteps outside my rooms door. I could not lock it since i was still on bedrest.The door clicked open
I was afraid,what if someone was here to kill me again! I decided to pretend to be sleep
The footsteps came closer to me...more and more
I could feel the person sit on the couch beside my bed. I still did not decide to open my eyes, simply because I was scared. I could not fight in this condition
I felt my bleeding bandage being changed, the exposed part of my shoulder being cleaned with a wet cloth, then warm lips on my forhead.
Before I could open my eyes to see who it was, the person already left.
I sighed in relief, thoughts exploding, who could it be? It could surely not be Jungkook.. he won't ever be this soft, then who!?
