Skylar pov :

I quickly took a defensive stance in front of Logan . Attacking any Wolf that came near . I watched as the number of rouges dwindled down as more reinforcements came.

Then when the room was cleared of rouges , I immediately came to logans aid . A pack doctor stood next to him , covering up his wound .

Blake threw me a shirt and I shifted and quickly pulled it on. It was logans I could tell my the scent and because it reached past my knees .

I kneeled next to him and held his hand.

" he will be alright" the pack doctor stated .

" why did you do that?" I questioned Logan .

" I knew it would get your wolf to come out so I did it " he said looking up at me.

" you could have killed yourself" I said slightly getting upset .

" but I didn't and either way if it men't saving you then I would do it thousandths of times" he said looking into my eyes .

I felt my world stop , getting lost in his emerald eyes .

" guys we have to find Jonah " snapped connor .

I immediately got up and helped Logan .

" skylar , I'm fine it's ok I'll heal up pretty quick " he said while giving me a boyish grin.

"come on " I said while tugging his hand .

We ran through the warehouse following his scent , then we found him.

Me , Logan and Connor stopped in our tracks when we saw how he held Kylie .

He held a silver knife against her neck and she had tears sliding down her face .

"let her go!" snapped Logan .

" how about we have a one on one fight " he said while grinning evilly .

" fine " snapped both Logan and Connor .

Jonah let go of kylie and then walked a few paces forward then stopped , shifting into his orange wolf .

~ let the games behind ~ he snarled then attacked .

I ran over to a red eyed Kylie .

" he - he - he , I didn't know sky , I didn't know he was bad " she sobbed.

" it's ok kylie , it's not your fault " I said while holding her and stroking her hair .

Logan had shifted in his beautiful white wolf and attacked Jonah.

Their was a clash of water and rock.

I noticed that Connor had shifted into his midnight wolf and was stalking Jonah from behind .

Then he attacked Jonah from behind and Logan turned the water to ice and slashed Jonah with it .

I couldn't bare to see the rest . I closed my eyes . Waiting for it to be over .

Then finally I heard a thump then silence . I turned and saw a dead orange wolf lying in the middle of the room. A bloody white wolf trotted towards me . He nudged my side and I quickly expected him for serious injuries .

Kylie then lost it at the sight of her dead mate . She collapsed on the ground and sobbed loudly .

I let go of logan and ran over to her . Holding her and stroking her hair.

She cried in my shoulder then after a while her cries grew softer until she cried no more .

" let's go " I said while grabbing her hand and nodding towards Logan and Connor .

LOGANS POV

I watched as skylar left with kylie . I felt horrible that we killed her mate but it was what we had to do .

Still I couldn't shake her cries from my head.

~ we need to talk ~ muttered Connor .

Hey guys !! Sorry I haven't updated in a while , I was kinda ban from any Internet usage . Soooo I hope you enjoy this chapter and that their are few more chapters to go , about .... Uhhhh Ummmmm uhhhhh ok tbh I can't exactly say but ... Yeah their is a few left .
