I was thankful that he went into the view of the camera where the feed went to my phone, I made sure the camera was recording and sending it to my phone but I made it look like one of the cameras went down. I told the staff of this and told them I would go and fix it. some people volunteered but I refused which caused some weird looks in my direction but I'm their boss so they didnt question it.
I made my way to the site of the camera as quickly as I could with my short legs but I was able to hitch a ride on the bus going to the testing ground, I used the excuse that one of the cameras were down and no one questioned it. making my way up the stairs I heard some movements which alerted me to the vigilantes awareness of my presence.
I kept the same pace as not to alarm him as I would like to talk to him. when I appeared on the roof he was hiding but still around, I picked up on his rapid heartbeat with my animal senses. I walked up to the camera that was hidden and decided it would be best I address him now.
"for a vigalante your quite careless datenshi. I now have your real identity on video." I heard his heartbeat increase even more and I think I sensed him trembling too. he still made no move to reveal himself.
"your younger than I expected but that explains the glitter. only I saw your face luckily so I would like to make a deal."
"w-what deal?" he spoke, stuttering slightly and the confidence that was heard in his voice in recordings was seemingly an act.
"well, I would like to speak to you face-to-face first. then we can talk."
he slowly moved out of the shadows and I could properly see the details the cameras didnt pick up on. his hair was a deep forest green which was a contrast to the seemingly black hair he had on the feed, his eyes were an emerald green and seemingly glowed when the light hit them and his wings were in fact a magnificent neon green which gradiented into a black, thats probably where they got the idea of toxic green from. he also had two small horns on his head and a tail which i saw twitch in fear. he had a black outfit on which consisted of a trench coat, a black button up shirt (which is later revealed to be short sleeve btw.), some black cargo pants and some military boots.
