Hayley's POV:

"My queen, please let me prove myself to you! You surely know that Klaus is not the right one for you, I am! I will give you everything you want and make you happy" mewls Elijah. "I don't care if Klaus wasn't the right one for me! I have always loved Klaus, since the day we had an affair." I snap. I crouch down at Klaus' side, and sweep my fingers through his soft ginger hair. "I'm so sorry Klaus, for what I am about to do to Elijah. Forgive me." I whisper into his ear, out of earshot of Elijah. I then stand up and slowly approach dear older brother of Niklaus. "You're right I have never been able to see clearly. I was blinded by his flawless looks, and I couldn't see the person who was right for me all along. It was clearly you. You have always treated me so much better than your cruel, heartless younger brother. I am glad I have chosen you. I love you, Elijah." I lie, and take the stake from his hands. He smiles warmly. "I am incredibly delighted of your decision, it was the right one. I will forever be grateful for you picking me over Niklaus." he smirks. I nod.

"You're right. SOOO right, I agree." I wrap my hands around the stake, and perform a spell on it silently and secretly so its invisible in my hand. I trace my hands up his shirt, to his collar. He leans in to kiss me, his lips gently brushing against mine, his eyes closed firmly tight. And I take my chance to stab him in the heart with the stake. His eyes go wide, and his mouth drops open. "Hayley... damn you.." he croaks in a dry, wheezy voice as he topples backwards. Dark black veins appear everywhere on his body. His skin is pale.

Rebekah hears the commotion, especially the thud Elijah's body made as he hit the floor, and enters the kitchen area. "Hey, whats going on!?" She demands.

"Cheery little fight going on at the moment. Now get out of my way before I kill you too." I threaten. She shakes her head. "Hayley quit acting like some mighty all powerful goddess." Rebekah snaps, and slowly approaches me, but then takes a step backwards so we're only fifteen feet apart.

"Listen here pipsqueak, you're going to take a step back or i will stab you too." I growl. She chuckles. Then she lurches towards me, and grabs my neck, lifting me seven or eight inches off the ground.

"Listen here pipsqueak," she spits on my denim jacket, "you aren't in control of anything. Just because you're carrying a child does not mean that I won't hesitate to take your life, along with the wolf baby's life! Now you are going to stay here and explain to me what the hell you have done to my brothers. And do not, I repeat do not tell me that you used the stake! It better be just the dagger, and if it isn't? If it's the damn stake then you're going to die. You're going to simply die by my own hand if they aren't killed but you still hurt them, and if they are dead? I WILL PUT YOU IN UTTER, ENDLESS TORTURE! YOU WILL FEEL PURE AGONY FOR YOUR ACTIONS!" she drops me on the ground.

"Anyway, I'm going to start making food for them if they wake up so they will not be at their weakest points. You, in the meantime, will lay my brothers on the couch." She orders as she opens the cabinet to retrieve cooking equipment.

"Listen Bekah, this is all just a huge misunderstanding. First, Klaus got upset at Elijah. Then Elijah stabbed him with the stake, then he was trying to manipulate me in to being with him so I stabbed him with the stake." I explain.

"You still hurt Elijah and I can never forgive you for that."

"Listen I'm sorry. I hope they're both okay." I reply.

"They better be" she says threateningly.
