BRINGGGGG!!!! My alarm clock goes off. "Ughhhh" I groan as I turn it off. I get up and decide to put on a cute, simple outfit.

I put my hair in a simple ponytail and grabbed my phone, slipping it in my purse.
*time skip to 3rd period*
"Students, in a few days, we will be going on a field trip to London. Make sure to have at least one parent sign this permission slip" Mrs. Yeager (yes, I'm using my mom's maiden name. I'm too lazy to think of other names) said while passing out the permission slips. Wow. A trip to London. I've never been on a plane, let alone out of the country. I'm kind of nervous. I have always wanted to go to London, so I hope my mom lets me.
* time skip to after school.*
"MOM!!! I'M HOME!!!" I yell as I walk in the door. "How was school?" she asks. "Yeah. Uh... I have a question. Our class is going on a trip to London in a few days and I was wondering if you could sign this permission slip for me to go." I say in one breath. "Lemme see it" she says. I walk away so she can think about it and I go set my stuff down in my room and get on my phone.
"Y/N!!!" My mom calls for me a few minutes later. "Coming!!!" I yell as I rush down. "It says the trip will last for 3 weeks. Are you sure you want to go?" she asks. "Yes... I mean if that's ok with you" I say. Please say yes. Please say yes. I repeat in my mind. "Fine, you can go. I'll give you some money for souvenirs." She says as she signs it. I hug her in excitement. I went upstairs, lay on my bed, and scroll through TikTok. I see this really cool looking dance and I want to do it. So I do.
