✨ Song Choice - See You Again ✨

It had been 5 months since Y/N had seen Corey. She was now 6 months pregnant. Her bump very visible. Her being an actress paparazzi were following her and had reported her pregnancy.

Fans came up to her congratulating her. Everyone knew that Corey was the father they were engaged for nearly a year and they were in a relationship for three years before the engagement.

She was shopping for some baby clothes and a gender reveal party outfit.  "Yes mom I know." A voice says in the aisle next to her she recognises it instantly.

'Shit." She curses to herself. She quickly puts down the clothing she was holding in her hand and heads to the end of the aisle. "Y/N?" The voice says infront of her.

"Hey Corey." She smiled slightly. "How have you been?" He asks her scratching the back of his neck. "I've been good, how about you?" She responds.

"I've been pretty good. Wow you've got to be atleast 5 months pregnant." He says looking down at her bump. "Yeah I'm 6 months along." She chuckles.

"Wow. Do you uh know the gender?" He asks her smiling. "Not yet no. My mom does and she's throwing me a gender reveal party tomorrow at her house it's at 2pm." She says.

"I- is that an invitation?" Corey asks hope fills his eyes. Y/N nods. "Yeah, you're the baby's father you should be there." Y/N says, she wasn't going to deny Corey involvement in their baby's life.

"Thank you." He says. "For what?" Y/N questions confused. "For letting me be involved, I thought I was never going to see you again." He states staring into her eyes. "I'll give you my new address tomorrow but right now I've gotta find an outfit for tomorrow and I need to pee. Baby is weighing down on my bladder." Y/N chuckles.

"Well do you need any help?" He asks. "Yeah that'd be great." Y/N smiles and Corey takes her shopping cart they spend the next couple of hours shopping and catching up.

Corey drives Y/N's car back to her house. "It looks like I don't need to give you my new address now." Y/N chuckles. They get out and he helps her unload her car and take stuff inside.

"Thank you for the help." Y/N says smiling at Corey. "You're welcome. So I guess I'll see you tomorrow for the gender reveal party." He states as he puts his hands in pockets.

"Yeah I'll see you tomorrow." Y/N smiles again at Corey. "And I can't wait to find out if you're having a baby girl or baby boy." He says gesturing down to her stomach. "I know. I just want to know." Y/N responds back.

Corey steps forward and hugs Y/N. She hugs back. It felt normal as if she was home. There was no denying she still loved him. Corey steps back and smiles. "I can't believe I'm gonna be a dad." His voice holds excitement.

"I can't believe I'm gonna be a mom!" Y/N exclaims. "I better head out I'll see you tomorrow." Corey says and leaves Y/N's house. Y/N gets ready for bed and falls asleep as soon as her head hits the pillow.

1pm rolls around quickly the next day. Y/N is at her mom's house getting ready for her gender reveal party. People start arriving just before the 2pm mark. The doorbell rings. "I'll get it." Y/N's mom says. "Corey? What are you doing here." She asks her daughter's ex fiancee.

"Y/N invited me." He says. "Oh well come in then honey." She let's him in and he heads out to the back garden. Y/N walks to her mom and her mom winks at her. "What?" "Corey's here." Her mom states smirking.

"Oh good I was nervous he wasnt gonna turn up." Y/N says. "Stop smirking at me." She whines at her mom. Her mom laughs and drags her outside. "Ok everyone it's time for the gender reveal." Her mom says.

"Where's the father?" Her judgemental aunt asks looking down upon Y/N. "He's right here." Y/N says as she walks over and grabs Corey's hand. Her aunt makes a noise and looks down embarrassed that she had been shut down. Corey stand with Y/N.

"Right close your eyes you two." Her mom says. They close their eyes as everyone starts a countdown. As soon as they reach one and they both open their eyes. "It's a boy!" Y/N exclaims as Corey hugs her.

"We're going to have a boy!" He says and kisses her she kisses him back. Everyone cheers for the couple. "Congrats baby. My little girl all grown up!" Her mom says crying as she hugs Y/N.

The months go by quickly. Y/N and Corey had gotten back together and moved in together again. One day whilst she was putting the dishes away she feels water running down her leg.

"Oh shit. COREY!" She shouts and he comes rushing down the stairs. "Yeah." She rushes in. "We need to get to the hospital." She says. "It's time?" He asks. "I think so." He runs to the front door and grabs the bag they had ready.

They leave the house and head to the hospital. "Y/N I'm gonna need you to push." The doctor tells her after she'd checked to see how many centimetres dilated she was.

"Come on baby you got this." Corey says taking Y/N's hand. Y/N's screams fill the room as she pushes out her baby boy. "Here he is." The doctor says. Holding the baby in her arms. Y/N starts crying upon seeing her baby. "You did it." Corey says kissing Y/N's forehead.

The doctor hands Y/N her baby boy. "Do you have any ideas for names?" She asks the couple. They look at eachother and smile at eachother. "Thomas Steven Haim." Corey says. "A wonderful name." The doctor smiles.

After two days Y/N is finally allowed to return home. "Here we are baby your first home." Corey says as he takes Thomas into the house. The family settle down on the couch and watch movies.

They were home, the stuff that happened in the past no longer mattered to them. They were all happy together.
