"Erebus," my voice didn't even stutter in the face of my old torturer. To be honest, I didn't really feel anything at the moment besides hatred.
I looked around at the thousands of monsters moving and scrambling amongst the trees.
"I did not expect to be here."
"And yet here you are, Silas Ronan!" He exclaimed.
Erebus walked up to me. His gaze ran over my appearance. He tugged at the hood that hung between my shoulder blades and laughed. He finished his walk around me and stopped quite close to my face.
He towered over me. I didn't fall back.
"I am glad to see that you have finally come to your senses, boy," he barked out a quick laugh.
I frowned, "What do you mean, Erebus?"
He gave me a quick pat on the shoulder from which I did pull away. I didn't like him touching me. I knew what happens when he touched me.
"Still scared I will hurt you?"
"Do you blame me?"
"Hmmm, I suppose not... but as I was saying, young Silas Ronan, you have finally seen the true colours of those Olympian scum! I hope you now realise that you should show teach them the respect they owe you. You should make them feel the pain and anger they made you feel in the pit."
Something inside me stirred and it almost felt like a smile was about to form on my lips.
Son! Where are you?
I ignored the voice echoeing through my skull. I folded my arms in front of my chest and raised an eyebrow at the primordial.
"And you are telling me this, why?"
Erebus grinned profoundly and said, "Because together, Silas Ronan. You and me can destroy the Olympians and rule this world in our image!"
I chuckled, "You and me?"
SILAS RONAN!
"I never thought I would say this but-"
Suddenly I stood in front of my father. He was fuming...literally. Darknes rolled off him in waves and his massive wings beat slowly and steadily. They spread the darkness through the massive chamber and made my father seem even more devilish.
"WHAT WERE YOU THINKING, BOY!?" His voice thundered.
I took a step back. Never before have I seen Tartarus this furious and to have it directed at me stirred a little terror inside my heart.
"WHY DID YOU GO TO THAT MAN!? WHY!"
He was suddenly in front of me. His fingers curled around my arms and I was unable to break free. I looked up into his eyes, now blood red with rage.
A sudden, unexpected rage filled me too. I roared and energy erupted from my being. It threw Tartarus through the room and he crashed against the wall behind him.
He watched me with shocked eyes as I walked over to him.
"Father, we need to get rid of the gods."

Annabeth sat in silent shock along with the rest of Olympus. She found it very very hard to comprehend what just happened here.Percy's alive? Percy is Tartarus's son!?
Will's hand found hers and he held her eyes. She could see the concern shining in them. He knew that Annabeth still loved Percy even after all that had happened. She knew that he now felt threatened by the fact that Percy was back.
Was he back?
He wasn't here now. He was chased away by his family for a second time.
Shouting over at the end of the table where the three brothers sat, drew her attention.
"You had no right, Zeus!" Poseidon's voice rang out.
"Why not, Brother? Per- Silas Ronan lied to us about his identity while he knew exactly how we felt about Percy Jackson! And I am king, I have all the right."
"But how do we feel about him, Zeus? Because the last time I checked we felt regret towards condemning him to Tartarus. Or am I mistaken, my dear king?" Hades spat out.
Annabeth gave a concerned look to her husband who shared her concern.
"Will, this is going to blow up very soon.""Your sarcasm is quite childish, Hades. And although we might have regretted what we did, you must realise that Percy betrayed us again. He should have told us who he was from the start!"
Before Annabeth could stop herself she jumped to her feet.
"It's clear why Silas Ronan didn't want to tell us he's Percy. He knew that it would turn out like this. So, can we really blame him for with holding his identity?!""Annabeth!" Will exclaimed next to her. He grabbed her hand and pulled her back into her seat.
She looked at him in fear as realisation struck hard.
What have I done?
"Little girl," Zeus forced the word out of his mouth," I do not seem to remember asking for your little, unneeded opinion."
Zeus's eyes bore into her soul and Annabeth wanted to shrink away. Her heart pounded in her chest and her body unintentionally prepared itself to be struck by lightning.
"If you say one more word, girl, I will send y-"
"Annabeth is right, Father, and I'm not saying that just because she is my daughter," Athena stated quickly.
She locked eyes with Annabeth and gave her a proud smile. Then she returned her gaze to the king of the gods.
"We betrayed Percy Jackson years ago without any consequences. And now we have stabbed Silas Ronan in the back,"
"Ath-"
"No, Father, let me finish. From what I saw Silas Ronan felt Percy's betrayal very intensely and now those feelings are multiplied tenfold!"
Athena took a deep breath and her eyes sweeped over everyone present. Annabeth saw the terror and regret in those grey orbs.
"What you did was stupid and rushed, Zeus, and I am afraid that we are all going to pay dearly for it."
