Is this it? Will my hardships be all for nothing? Right now is the announcement of JYP's new girl group named TWICE. In this group, there are 7 members. I tried not to let a single tear come out from my eyes, even though it's hard to control it. I saw my mom giving me a smile from the crowd, looking at me with those worrying eyes. There are already 7 members chosen by JYP, the new girl group TWICE.

'It's finished.' I told myself. When suddenly..

"One member is chosen purely by the audience and viewer votes." JYP stated. The crowd went wild and started to cheer for the person they would like to be part of TWICE.

"Tzuyu." My name was mentioned by JYP. I can't think straight right now, the lights are blinding my eyes, and the shouts from the crowd is occupying my ears.

"Congratulations Tzuyu, you may now proceed with your other group members." The host said as I obeyed him. I can feel my legs being weak, like a jelly. You know that feeling? When you can't walk properly because of mixed emotions. Then JYP said that Momo unnie will be joining TWICE too since it won't be complete without her dancing ability. She got eliminated in the past episode, but right now she's part of TWICE.

"Please welcome, JYP's new girl group, TWICE!" The host said as all of us walked through the center. I saw my new members crying, clearly they are happy. Happy because all of the hard work finally paid off. Especially Jihyo unnie, she has been training for over 10 years. Crazy right? Being an idol has been her dream ever since she was a child.

Time Passed

We are now in our dorm, currently celebrating our debut as JYP's new girl group. I suddenly remembered him, the 1st person I got to know in South Korea who also had the same dream as me. He made his debut with his group members back in 2013, I heard that the company there is facing financial problems that can lead to their early disbandment. How badly I want to see him again.

"Hey Chewy! What are you thinking about?" Mina unnie said, I guess she saw that I'm deep in thoughts.

"Oh nothing unnie."

"There you go again with the lies, you're thinking about him again do you?" Mina unnie calmly asked, she's a very observant person out of all of us.

"Unnie.." I said quietly, I'm on the verge of crying. Luckily we're at the maknaes bedroom, the other members are at the living room, watching movies and drinking.

"I haven't received a text from him for the last 3 months.. Did he get bored with me? It's been 3 years since the day I haven't seen him in person, I can only see him through pictures.." I said slowly, hugging my knees while Mina unnie comforts me.

"Tzuyu-ah, now that we're idols, you'll be able to see him personally again at the events that both of our groups we'll be attending."

"Unnie.. You're right! I haven't thought about that, when can we see him?" I said, having my hopes up.

"Hey slow down kiddo, we have just debuted. We still don't have a song to promote for now. But one thing that I can promise you is that you will see him again." Mina unnie said with an assuring smile.
