It is finally the day I have been waiting for, September 1st, 1991.

Mum and dad had helped me to buy all the things that were written on a shopping list in Diagon Alley, such as; Black Plain Work Robes, Protective Gloves, a Wand, a Cauldron, a Telescope, The Standard Book of Spells Grade 1 by Miranda Goshawk, History of Magic by Bathilda Bagshot, Magical Theory by Adalbert Waffling and other books that are required for the first-year students in Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

However, there was one particular book that we did not buy, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them which was written by Newt Scamander, my grandfather. Both Rolf and I have already owned that book since grandpa gave it to us separately on our five-year-old birthday. of course, I took really good care of it.

"Rolf, Y/N, let's go everyone is waiting for you," Dad called from the living room. "C'mon you two, you don't wanna be late on your first day of schoOol," Mum said nearly sound like she was singing the last words.

Rolf and I quickly run off the stairs and put on our shoes. The eight of us finally leave the house and heading to the King's Cross Station.

After about fifteen minutes, we arrived at the station and search for the platform 9 and 10. When we finally spotted it, my stomach lurched with excitement and nervousness. I say goodbye to my grandparents, Uncle Jacob and Aunt Queenie, and give them a big tight hug.

"Have fun at Hogwarts! I am going to miss you so much, see you on Christmas, Tip", Grandpa says as he loosens his arms and kisses my forehead.

"And if you have no fun there, you can always move to Ilvemory," Grandma Tina suggests as she forms a little smile on her face.

"Oh, Yesss Tip!! ILVEMORY! And you can live with us! Ah good old days," Great Aunt Queenie continues excitedly with a dreamy voice of hers while clapping her hands. Of course, Uncle Jacob looks at her dreamily and I swear I could see him smiling.

"Oh No no no, she won't because Hogwarts is the best wizard school," Grandpa says quickly with a proud mocking tone.

My grandparents frequently argue about which wizard school is the best. I chuckle as they continue the debate.

After saying my last goodbye to all of them, I look straight at the wall between platforms 9 and 10 and quickly run into it. I stop for a second as my feet land on the other side of the station.

It is not the station where I was before, it seems more magical. There is a sign which says Platform 9 ¾, owls are flying around, and it seems busier. I see more people wearing robes along with trolleys beside them that are filled with oak trunks, suitcases, luggage, and many more.

"y/n!, Tip!, Heyyy!" I heard someone called me from my back. I turn around and find Rolf with mum and dad standing behind him.

"Ughh you ruined it", I said as I push my trolley forward. "Hey! don't talk to your handsome brother like that! the train leaves in 10 minutes," Rolf answered as he adjusting his pace with mine.
