It's early on a Thursday morning I hear my twin brother Benny getting ready to head out to the sandlot. The sandlot is where my brother Benny plays baseball with some of his friends. I know all the sandlot boys, of course. Even tho i practically grew up with the sandlot boys, and watching them play ball all day everyday my parents would die if i ever laid a hand on a baseball.. it's all beauty pageants for me. number one rule in the house. no baseball for Julia.
