Its a peaceful night, you and ena hang out and whatever having had watched a movie. You fell into this dimension about a month ago, and you and ena have been very close friends ever since. The plot starts off with The movie ending, and you saying goodnight to ENA as you both go to sleep. As you make it to your room, and make up your bed as well as get ready to sleep. You notice it's a bit chilly and so you slip on a sweater. Your curtains are wide open, but you blinds are not. You open your blinds to look outside, and see that there's quite a few gray clouds starting to fork in the distance. And by the looks of it? They were heading towards you. In this dimension, rain varied. It could be simple droplets if water, or thunder and storming with rocks falling from the sky. You were too tired to pay attention to this, though. And went to sleep thinking nothing of it...

You wake up with a groan, looking up tiredly only to realize that the roof literally sounded like hail was falling all over it. And there was thunder and lightning like crazy! You tried to get back to sleep, but to no avail. You decide to get up and go outside to make a cup of tea or something. You walk into the living room, and immediately spot a static looking substance on the floor. You walk over to it, inspecting it and realizing it was most likely from ENA. You look around, wondering where she could be and suddenly you hear faint sobbing coming from the kitchen. You walk over to it, the sounds growing louder. As you look around the kitchen, you call out for her quietly. "Ena..?" You say worried. "(Y/N)..?" She says sadly. You look over to where the sound was coming from, and see her curled up under a table. Half of her face was white, and the other half was black. 'Uh oh' you thought, that wasn't a good sign. You slowly moved towards her and knelt down to her level. She seemed to be shaking in fear, and her eye was static. You reach out to her, and grab her shoulder gently causing her to panic. She pushes you away and pushes herself further into the corner. She seemed totally out of it, not even recognizing it was you. But once she does, her face returns to normal. She look at you, the blue side of her face talking. "(Y/N)? I-Is that yew?" She said in a feminine voice. You only nodded, her soon starting to talk again. "I-I'm So Sowwy! I shouwden't hawv pushed yew away like that!" She said, starting to cry. And her voice going sort of staticy. "J-Just take mwe out alweady! End mwy suffewing!!" She said, obviously very distressed.

You weren't sure what to do, she was crying static and going on and on about silly things that didn't even make sense, something about veggies? You honestly could hardly understand a word she was saying when she talked like this. You grab her hand, making her snap her head up at you and stop what she was saying. You pull her closer to you and hug her tightly, "shhhh... you're okay." You say to her in a soothing voice. She continues to sob for a little bit, but doesn't say anything much. Only muttering a few, "I'm sorrys" here and there. You stop rubbing her back and start running your fingers through her hair. It's softer than one would expect, to be honest. Eventually, ena stops crying and regains her composure as well as becoming aware of the situation. She moves away from you, a light blush on her face from sheer embarrassment "My apologies, my friend! I, I don't know what got into me." She says, her yellow side now speaking and her voice returning to its normal masculine state. You simply laugh lightly at her before grabbing her hand. "Hey, it's okay! What are friends for?" You say, a light blush dusting your cheeks. She stares at you for a seconds, trying to think of something to say before looking away. This made you smile even more. Seeing her so flustered and out of character was probably the funniest, and most adorable thing you had ever seen. She always acted so proper in the way she talked. Yet, there were times where she would completely lose control of that and start stumbling over her words.

Cute!

You both sat in silence for a bit, it was kind of awkward but also kind of enjoyable. Eventually, you spoke up.
"Hey."
Ena looks over at you, waiting for you to continue your sentence. "Wanna watch another movie?" You say with a grin, hoping she would say yes. She looks at you for a second, opening her mouth to say something and then closing it before speaking. She shook her head and chuckled, looking back up at you and returning to her normal self. "Of course, my friend!" She said cheerfully, standing up and reaching her hand out to help you. You gladly take it, and start walking but quickly realize ena didn't follow. You turn around, looking at her confused. "Aren't you coming ena?" She looks at you and smiles. "Yes! I'm simply going to get us some snacks." She said with glee. You smiled back at her, turned around continuing to walk. "Alrighty! I'll be on the couch waiting." You walk over to the living room and sit down on the couch, thinking nothing of it.

Meanwhile, though..

As soon as ena sees you leave, she lets her knees give away and she drops to the floor landing gently. She sits with her back against the wall, and her face burns a bright red. She clutches her chest, feeling her heart seemingly pound out of her body. She lets out a deep sigh and then smiles gently before closing her eyes for a moment.
She opens her eyes, and looks at her hands which seem to be shaking. This makes her gulp before standing up and leaning against the kitchen counter.

'That was close'

She thought, walking to the cabinet with wobbly legs and picking out some snacks.

'Really close.'
